Very well managed comfortable hotel.
This was another repeat visit for us and although some of the changes are not to our taste we still had a very enjoyable holiday. The staff are a total delight, pleasant and professional and food is of good quality. Loved the fact that everything is spotless public areas, restaurant and bar areas. Used the speciality restaurant which was good although menu seems to be fixed for the season. We did book the Shuttle bus a few times although preferred the timing of the local bus for the return trip, couldn't understand why the earlier return journeys were not available when the bus was coming back to the hotel anyway? We also took the local bus up to Canico village, lovely coffee shop and gardens, and enjoyed the walk back down the hill. The village itself now has a modern laundrette, a total delight! Happy to return at a future date although we will try to avoid school holidays as it did get pretty busy and noisy in the restaurant

Great Hotel
The hotel is very clean. Food and drinks are very good. Speciality restaurant is worth a visit. Very friendly staff. The hotels location may not suit everyone. It is a little remote. There are not many walks directly from the hotel. It is best suited to an older clientele. The bathrobes are a nice touch

Nice and relaxing
There is very little you can fault at this hotel. It is very well managed all the staff in every department give excellent service. There are plenty of choices in the restaurant. The only thing we miss is the bar waiter service as that is what we prefer on holiday. We have been to this hotel. eighteen times and it has always been enjoyable.

Nice hotel with good food
We have stayed at this hotel before and enjoy the food, the location but most of all the fabulous weather. The entertainment was a bit hit and miss but overall we enjoyed our stay

Very relaxing hotel.
Everything was very good. Comfortable rooms and friendly service. Staff friendly and efficient. Food mostly good and plenty of choice. Would have preferred table service in the bars and would have preferred a better selection of wines in the main dining room.
