The Hotel was very nice, the room was lovely, with a balcony. The only downside is that i would of liked to have a kettle in my room as i like coffee late at night and first thing in the morning. The food was amazing, with lots of choice. There was no other English people staying at this Hotel, so we did feel a little lonely, not being able to make friends. A Taxi driver said that the English normally go the other side of Parma. Which i would of preferred to go but that was Tui who recommended. but saying this, i would return to this Hotel. But all the staff at this Hotel spoke English and made us feel very welcome.

Fabulous stay
Myself, my husband and my 4 year old grandson had a fantastic short stay. On arrival the reception staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful, they are a credit to the Hotel Riu Concordia. Our room was spotless, lovely pool and sea view which my grandson loved, beds lovely and comfortable. The only thing missing which as a Welsh person would have been lovely was a kettle to make a cup of tea, apart from that it was fantastic. Food in the restaurant was delicious with plenty of choice, restaurant staff very polite and friendly. Hygiene staff were very friendly, always said hello and smiled. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel, had a wonderful stay, Diolch yn fawr ❤️

Another fabulous stay at the Riu Concordia
Our 3rd stay at this fantastic hotel. Just gets better every time. The staff are amazing and so helpful with a warm welcome from reception, restaurant and bar and the rooms are cleaned to the highest standard. The food at the hotel is top quality, full of flavour and so much choice. We can find absolutely no faults with this hotel and cannot wait to come back in the near future.

Excellent visit. Highly recommend
We're currently staying at this hotel and wanted to share a glowing review. The Riu often have deals out of season and we booked direct and grabbed a bargain price for a half board 3 night break. Firstly the team are so friendly and welcoming. We arrived early morning and offered storage for luggage until an email would alert us that we can get our room , which arrived just after 1pm. The room was absolutely spotless as were all the common areas. The beds are huge and very comfortable We had a pool view which gave us sun until 3pm. The air-conditioning probably gets turned off for the winter which is understandable but the room has a quiet ceiling fan which, thanks to 3 very warm days, was extremely welcome. But the best part of our stay has been the restaurant. WOW! The food has been just amazing. We have been blown away by the flavours they've packed into any meats, pastas and vegetables. The variety is incredible. We opted for multiple mini courses to be able to enjoy all the options. One thing that did please us was the temperature of the food. Often buffet food can be served warm but the restaurant team, all very friendly , keep on top of the displays and keep it fresh and hot. 10/10 from us for both breakfast and dinner. We had a nice glass of wine at the lobby bar every evening for €3.75 each and took a lavazza coffee to the room for €2.85. Finally, another real plus to our stay is the 430am to 730am cold breakfast available to early leavers. What a great service. The EMT bus stop to the airport is actually in front of the hotel, starts early hours and passes every 45 minutes and costs around €5. We can't wait to return to the Hotel and have already booked a 3 night stay in February. Its 10 minutes maximum from the airport and just a 2 minutes walk to playa de palma beach . We Highly recommend a stay 👌 Thank you to all the team for making our stay so enjoyable

Absolutely a perfect choice
Came away to hotel Concordia with friends for 5 days to visit Palma before Xmas ..what an excellent hotel spotlessly clean staff exceptional and nothing to much trouble …even though we were the only English people Food was very good hot and plenty of choice …bus stop outside hotel straight into Palma 2 Euros pp decorations in Palma were so good …hotel is completely decorated beautiful lights and xmas trees no complaints we will be back more than worth a visit
