Dec 19, 2025Excellent Las Vegas Hotel Choice!!!
I really enjoyed this property on my business trip! They really treat you like family, I have a serious family emergency and the entire hotel treated me like family or like it was their problem. Everything you can think of is inside the hotel. The breakfast for Globalist members at the usual restaurant was closed, but we were actually given an even better breakfast than normal! "STEAK and EGGS". Very clean rooms, tremendous value and the place is massive, so much to do inside. I will always bring my business back to this hotel, they earned my business and any additional gambling in the future! Even great for children.

The room was good however they stole money from my account and won’t respond to messages. I have tried numerous times to contact them. It’s a shame as I liked the room

Horrible Experience
The worst experience we have ever had at a Vegas Casino. There was no hot water in our room when we called to let them know they said there is no one available to come up right now. Then they said there was no food or room service available it was only 10:00 they said we needed to order door dash and they will bring it up to us, so we did but when it arrived we couldn't find it when we did they refused to bring it up to us. The furniture was very awkwardly placed making it difficult to even watch TV. There was only one towel and one face cloth for two people. We upgraded our room when we arrived and ended up in the same room we initially paid for etc.

Excellent service, quick check in, very convenient parking. The room was very clean and spacious. Food court was nice.

Great stay at the Rio
We were very happy with our stay at the Rio. The check in was a breeze. We were in Vegas for the NFR, and loved their viewing party and after party. Our room was one of the rooms that had not been renovated. I was initially concerned about that,but it was very spacious and clean. We had a wonderful stay at the Rio and we will definitely be back.
