    Would Book Again

Booked Rio Masquerade Tower last minute for NYE and ended up being a wonderful stay. Tower was older and still decorated with old Vegas charm but rooms were clean and we felt safe. Rooms were huge and we enjoyed the dual sinks and mirrors; perfect for multiple girls getting ready. Couch was a little worn in but we were hardly in the room to enjoy. Property was a lot larger than expected and had multiple food options for different palettes. Hotel is close to the strip either by car or foot if weather is on your side. Rio has a mixture of old elements with new renovations. Staff from front desk to food service were amazing and friendly. My feedback for improvements is there was mold or mildew in corner of shower. Everything else from public spaces to hotel room felt clean. Only 2 elevators (right side) were working for floors 1-20 (far left elevators) which caused lines and waiting longer than usual. Old signage for Masquerade Tower Check-in needed to be removed as myself and a handful of other guests followed signage to Masquerade Tower check-in to find wasn’t operating; had to walk all the way back to main hotel check-in. And for New Years, Tender Crush restaurant needed more staff members working third shift. Restaurant was too overwhelmed with amount of incoming orders for just 2 people working. Would stay at Rio Hotel & Casino again.

    Defiantly Will Come Back

Fantastic room and price! We enjoyed the spacious room and the large TV. The bathroom had all the amenities. When we requested housekeeping to deliver extra towels, it took quite a while but either way it got done eventually. The resort has a delicious Asian cuisine food options. There are other food options as well.

    Worst experience ever

The Hotel is very old, half of the elevators wasn’t working, there is no “Front Desk”, people are waiting more than two hours just to check in, one night I was looking for hot water for a tea and I couldn’t wait two hours just to ask that, it’s unacceptable. I stayed there for 4 nights, no room service, no house keeping, no one cleaned my room and change the towels once. That was the words experienced I have had in my life with an Hotel, I wasn’t expecting that in Las Vegas, even for a Hotel that named as Rio, name of one of my cities in Brazil.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Maintenance and Service

Our recent stay was disappointing, starting with an incredibly long and slow check-in process. Once we finally got to our room, we discovered the AC unit emitted a strong smell of stale smoke and blew out dust whenever it was turned on. We requested a room change, but the second 'non-smoking' room had the exact same unpleasant odor. To make matters worse, the towels provided were frayed and in very poor condition. Housekeeping was also a major letdown; despite daily cleanings, they never replenished basic essentials like bath gel, shower caps, or cotton swabs. Overall, the lack of maintenance and basic attention to detail made for a very uncomfortable stay. I would not recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made

Huge rooms and great cleanliness, complimentary breakfast needs improvement

Huge rooms and great cleanliness in the bathrooms, though the room decor is showing its age. Note: There are no coffee makers or boilers in the room, so plan your morning caffeine accordingly. Visited "The Kitchen Table" for their complimentary breakfast (Hyatt Globalist), which just reopened on December 29th following a three-month renovation. While the service was attentive and friendly, the overall experience was a bit of a mixed bag.The food quality is fairly average—standard fare that gets the job done but doesn't stand out. However, the cleanliness of the table settings needs urgent attention. I noticed visible water marks on the silverware and, more concerning, dirty marks on the cloth napkins. For a freshly renovated space, these hygiene details should be a priority.
