Excellent service at Fresco Restaurant
My visit was at Fresco restaurant, Italian restaurant for breakfast. The crew at the restaurant was very welcoming especially Santusha l, and Marianella. Every one made me feel welcome and at home. They have a very good menu. I went with tbe egg Benedict, which comes with a Patty's from local catch fish. It was delicious.

Not going back.
Good hotel. But if you are loosing at the all inclusive option, go somewhere else. You need to sign, print your name and room number on each receipt for EVERYTHING including a bottle of water, snacks, dinner, EVERYTHING. The Italian restaurant is not good, and the steak house reeks of artificial smoke. The artificial smoke is on everything including the vegetables. I have looked forward to staying in the Renaissance for many years and was disappointed.

Amazing honeymoon at the Renaissance!
Eider made our honeymoon really special. He suggested events at the resort as well as tours, so our week’s itinerary was full of fun things to do, romantic dinners and of course hanging out with the flamingos on the private island. Eider is super friendly, warm, personable and always available to answer questions. We can’t wait to go back for our wedding anniversary. Thank you so much Eider!

Although very disappointed in the hotel and service at the hotel the experience on flamingo Island and the staff at papa
The actual hotel and experience did not meet my expectations. I eas very disappointed . However The flamingo island and the staff at Papaya beach bar certainly made up for the poor experience at the hotel. Staff at the papaya beach bar made the holiday special. They were very friendly personal caring and attentive. A special Thankyou to Margareth Maxwell who made the whole experience amazing and made me want to return. Also Thankyou to Edgar’s Davila , Vivian Trump, Nicolas and many more. Staff on the flamingo beach were all so lovely, you made the holiday and experience . Many thanks Amanda Pitt

BEAUTIFUL, RELAXING, FRIENDLY STAFF.. OVERALL A MUST SEE.
To start, the hotel was amazing, with the boat that comes in the center of the hotel and takes you to the private island (RIGO one of the drivers was rude), the staff was almost all friendly and helpful, they have shops (mk, LV, Gucci, and just gift shops) attached to the hotel. It's located right downtown so you literally have everything within walking distance. You can see the cruise ships dock about 5 min walk from the hotel which was nice. Me and my husband went here for my birthday NOV 13-20th the weather was amazing, it rained for 5 mins tops and then back to sunny and the sun dried everything within about half hour. That happened about 3 or 4 times while we were there but it didn't bother us at all since its so hot, it's nice to cool down for a second. We went ATVing (with kini kini) and Alex was our instructor. He was so much fun! Explained everything to us and took his time. I didn't feel rushed at all. Totally worth the $150 for me and my husband. Was a 4 hour tour. Overall, we had a blast and would definitely visit again.
