We are currently staying here. Area is decent; It is a very touristy area so expect a lot of traffic. Getting in through the front gates from Thurday-Sunday evening could take a while due to all of the folks checking in. Food is inedible. We had burgers and the burger patties tasted frostbitten. Would not recommend.

We stayed in a private town house and found this to be first class. I would suggest better looked after than Resort sourced properties. My son stayed in a resort owned home and overall, I felt this property was not as well maintained as our private home. The outside space needed a little TLC not a very inviting area. Floor needed repainting, hot tub needed attention, sun loungers stuck in corner overall not appealing at all. Actual resort, very good, pool area looked good, until you actually started to use it, some of the sun beds were broken, some not in good order and some actually looked old - very old. Needs some TLC. Pool very clean and inviting. Food offerings good, if a little bit on the expensive side, but fresh and tasty. Overall, I suppose its graded as a 3* and I think thats about right.

I have been to Regal Oaks three times before. We have never had a problem. But this time was terrible, They are under new management since the last time we visited. First of all we check in we get to our three bedroom condo and there’s only two washcloths through the whole condo. Then we noticed sugar ants everywhere. They were on the kitchen, counters, bathroom counters, bathroom floors and , kitchen floors. The countertops and all the floors were dirty with crumbs like nobody had swept it. No wonder they have bugs. So we walked to the office and we tell the lady and she says she’s going to send somebody down to spray and get me washcloths because there is five of us and two won’t work. So we wait for two hours in the condo for somebody to come and spray and they don’t spray so we go back to the office and she said that somebody had been there, But we didn’t leave so nobody had been there so she must’ve got the condo numbers mixed up so we had to wait around another hour for somebody to come and spray because we wanted to make sure somebody was there to do it. The man that sprayed said that the sugar ants would be back the next day. And he was right, so I had to Go back to the office and tell them to spray again. They did show us another condo But that one was worse. So with all that being said, if you stay there, before you check in look at the condo for sugar ants, they’re tiny and they’re all over the counters and they get into your food, we had to keep stuff in the microwave. We Will never stay there again. Also, they removed all the ceiling fans from the condos.

Sep 03, 2024Second visit and still amazing!! Great location and value for money!
Just leaving after an amazing week and our second stay here in under a year. House was clean, area was safe and pool was great 😊 The hot tub was an added bonus, close to old Town for food entertainment etc. Walmart and all major supermarkets close by as were loads of places to eat and shop. 10 minutes to Disney and 25 minutes to universal and international drive area.

Great value great location
Location is great facilities of resort not that much, pool which slides are good but other than that need move improvement, regarding house rooms good but mattress not that good not comfortable, also bathrooms and kitchen updated need modern touch they mostly like 80's.
