Had an amazing stay at Regal Oaks for 3 weeks at the end of January 2026. Townhouse was beautiful, amazing views of lake from balcony. Reception staff courteous and helpful. Booked with Virgin Holidays so had no resort fees. Will definitely return in the future.

A little Gem in Kissimmee
This is a resort that is perfect for families with children and for those who want easy access to both the Disney and Universal parks. Here you can choose apartments with 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, where each bedroom had its own bathroom and shower, in addition to a large toilet downstairs together with the kitchen and living room. There was plenty of space for the four of us, and a wonderful Jacuzzi outside. The terrace was covered and protected with a mosquito screen, which helped keep unwanted insects out. Although the passage of time has left some marks, and perhaps the carpets could have used another round of vacuuming, there was otherwise very little to complain about. If anything, the kitchen equipment could have been more complete, and the knives would benefit from being sharpened. That really says a lot, considering these were the only small things we noticed during our ten-night stay. The resort has a pool that is perfect for both children and adults, as well as a bar, restaurant, and game room. I would not say the restaurant was outstanding, but it was perfectly fine for a quick or late meal. The resort is also located only about five minutes from the old town of Kissimmee, where you will find many restaurants, bars, and shops. Every weekend there is a car parade, so if you enjoy muscle cars, this is definitely the place to be. Top rating from us and definitely a place we would consider returning to. PS: It is only about a 15-minute drive to all the Disney parks.

Overall good, our unit needed some upgrades, especially appliances. Great location for easy access to things. Pretty clean except floors needed to be mopped. We did our own.

The pictures on their site are likely 7 to 10 years old for 2760 Corvette Ln. The interior needs a $20,000 rehab to be on par with the nice Regal Oaks resort and location, and the money I paid. Beware of the level of grime. Everything is beyond its life cycle but is mostly working EXCEPT the a/c rationing. Be sure and demand NO RESTRICTIONS on air conditioning (they had me at 70 the first night, I had to fight for 2 degrees each day ending at a comfortable 65 by the 3rd day). They had a “place would freeze” defense, ridiculous. Communication was prompt at all times. No fan in the house. The beds have only one very thick comforterl. A thin, alternative blanket would be normal but none exist. The couches and mattresses are all way past their useful life and the rest is not far behind. Prepare to sink at every seat. All bathrooms have not been detailed in likely 10 years. The amenities (no tissues) are the cheapest possible. The washer always went off balance. All of my guests had the same hot experience the first nights. Everything did work, the TV’s are tiny in the bedrooms, it was nostalgic and fine, however, no HVAC returns in the bedrooms means open grills above each bedroom door, so sound travels easily. The internet was good. I guarantee the owner would never stay in a place like this, until it is detailed heavily (and a/c rationing? That's a reason to not stay here).
