Nov 24, 2025An absolute gem of a resort
This place must be one of the best holiday accommodation experiences I have had. I thought this time I’d try a townhouse rather than the usual villas (Celebration, Champions Gate) or onsite hotels (Hard Rock, All-Star Movies, and Art of Animation), and what a great decision I made. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the hot tub was welcomed after a 25,000-step day. I cannot recommend this place highly enough; the location is perfect: seven minutes to Hollywood Studios and 12 to Magic Kingdom. It literally took longer to get from Epcot to Hollywood Studios than to get to either park from Regal, and Disney doesn't require you to get onto the dreaded I-4. It is 17 minutes to Discovery Cove and SeaWorld and 25 to the Universal parks. With Old Town just yards away, it is perfect, with so many entertainment, food, and bar options on your doorstep—it's a winner. On top of all that, the staff are great—so welcoming and attentive. The small issue we had with a sluggish flush was dealt with swiftly and unobtrusively. The security staff are reassuringly visible, creating a place that felt you could leave your patio doors open while out with no problems. The food on-site is great; ordering online for pickup was really, really good

Nov 02, 2025Reagan Oaks Kissimmee nightmare on Halloween weekend
Arrived at Regal Oaks at Midnight on 1st Nov after a 10 hour flight and 90 minute drive from Tampa. When we arrived at the property we were met with hoards of youngsters partying in the street and police cars lights flashing. The partying went on until 6am non stop. Cars with their music blaring out at top volume non stop. Yes it was Halloween weekend but this should never have been allowed as I guess most of the kids were nonresident and had been let in. Having a number code that can be given to anyone in seconds is NOT secure. Key fobs with a refundable deposit on return is far more secure. We may have been unlucky to arrive on Saturday 1st Nov but we have 14 more days here so I will update and let you know if it was a one off.

Nov 02, 2025Great location but lets itself down with amenities
This is a very convenient location for the Disney parks, just a 5 minute drive away. The individual houses are very spacious with plenty of parking, and the hot tubs are great. But there are many issues. The biggest problem for me is there is no recycling anywhere on the site. In the two weeks we stayed we generated 6 bags of mastic waste and two boxes of cardboard waste, and that's just two people. How much plastic and paper is going into landfill due to this is staggering. When I raised this with the staff at reception they said "A lot of people say that.". Well, do something about it then! Totally unacceptable. The appliances also aren't great. The toaster only toasted one side of the bread, the kettle was an on the stove job which took forever to boil and didnt really whistle properly to let you know when it was done. There was air conditioning downstairs but nothing upstairs which wasn't great. The living room was about 20 feet long with a sofa at one end and the tvat the other, which was about a 40inch tv which is extremely small for the space. The duvets were also really weird, rather than any sort of duvet covers it was just a sheet, with a duvet, then another sheet like a sandwich. So during the night everything fell out a d you were left with either just a sheet or just a duvet that probably hasn't been washed between one guest and the next. During our stay the roads were all being repainted, we were told our road wouldn't be usable on one date. But it turned out the roads weren't usable for about three days, but we didn't know which three it was so going to be, so we had to keep parking a distance from our house in case we blocked in th following morning. A nice enough place, but needs a lot of issues sorting and getting some proper recycling and bins please!!

Fabulous stay
We were really worried about this resort after reading the reviews but omg we couldn’t have been more wrong Wow just wow we had a 3 bedroom on Corvette lake view, the villa was spotless comfy beds. Beautiful area, wildlife, pool area clean and fabulous, we didn’t want to leave and can’t wait return 👏

14 night family stay in a 3 bedroom villa, location perfect, cleanliness not so much!
Just returned from a 14 night stay at number 2627 Corvette Drive, as a family of 6. Lovely resort in a great location for all theme parks in Orlando, only 10mins from disney and a 5min walk from Old Town Kissimmee! We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa with hot tub and the villa itself was decorated nicely, however, not very clean. As this is a self catering holiday we were aware we would be cleaning the villa and washing our towels, however, the equipment supplied was shocking! We were left with a very old broom (if you can call it that) and a dustpan. It was near impossible to get the dirt and fluff off the floor/carpet. We asked for access to a hoover as we noted there was a locked cupboard in the villa but we're advised no we couldnt have a hoover. The bottom of our socks were black after walking around only a few mins which indicates how often the floors are mopped. We also note that the water out the kitchen tap never got more than slightly warm resulting in us having to boil the kettle each time we wanted to wash up. On arrival to the villa we realised that the password supplied for the WiFi was incorrect. We raised this issue repeatedly with the front desk and advised this was logged but was never resolved. On our final time reporting, we were advised that it must be an issue with our mobile phones, which it definitly was not as all 4 of our mobile phones could connect to next doors villa with supplied password but not to the wifi in our villa which indicates this is definitly a password issue. We note that the villa had sold last year and can only guess that the new owners have changed this. The villa had a very musky smell and realised this was most prominent in one of the bedrooms, to the extent that it was unusable the first evening and the pull out sofa bed was used. The smell appears to have been caused by the aircon. This was reported and a polite gentleman came to check and change the filter reporting this to be dirty. The smell improved but was still noticeable on departure so I would suggest the air con needs to be thoroughly inspected to rule out any mould. The patio/garden area was well equipped with sun loungers, large table and chairs, bbq (again unclean and unusable without a good scrub first) and hot tub. Hot tub worked great and was lovely to use. The patio had some outdoor carpets which were covered in black marks which I assume is mould. Rooms themselves were great, very comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for clothing. We had access to an ironing board and iron, hair dryer and washer/dryer. Mini supplies were left to start us off but we needed to purchase our own toilet paper, washing up liquid and so on once these had ran out. This wad expected so we had packed our own supplies from home. Interactions with resort staff was mostly pleasant and polite. I'm not sure we would book to stay here again as it appears to be hit and miss dependant on which villa you are allocated.
