Pulling up to this huge hotel, it looks impressive and beautiful. Valet at check-in could have been a little better, I had to wait a few minutes when there were valets standing around, as I wasn’t sure if they were busy, turned out they weren’t, they were just slow to come greet me. Checking in was great! The lady who checked me in was the friendliest person I encountered during my visit. She asked if I needed a resort map and was helpful in explaining the resort during check-in. My room looked nice, but there were no AC outlets near the bed and only one at the desk for me to use to charge items – This is USELESS!!! The only USB outlets were in the alarm clock and those are low-wattage, meaning they don't charge while allowing you to use the phone that's being charged. They really need to modernize technology in the room. The TV channels were horrible too… there was none of the streaming services I like and the regular TV channels were loaded with stuff I don't watch. Most other Marriott and Hilton hotels I stay in (and I'm in hotels weekly) have at least a couple of channels I like, their selection didn't. The bed was way too soft, I left with knots in my neck and my lower back hurting from the bed. The tub in room in the room looked terrible too. It looks like it's made of soft plastic and has been scrubbed and etched with dirt. They really need to replace it. The shower's water pressure was great, but the shower stall is too small to effectively use it, as the pressure was so strong you could barely work up a lather without the soap being washed off from the strong pressure. I did like that the HVAC was quiet - huge plus! Each night I could hear bass thumping from something going on elsewhere in the hotel. This place is big enough that I shouldn't have to hear that. Amenities at the resort were nice… plenty of pools, loungers, cabanas, and lots of conference space too. Food on site was nice. Overall, it was a decent place, even with the issues I had with the room.

Relaxing Visit to Red Rock
Fantastic property with large casino & amazing restaurants. Rooms offer stunning views and are modern with tv allowing to cast / watch YouTube & Netflix etc. we chose to stay here as a retreat from the madness of the Las Vegas strip and Red Rock delivered! When things go wrong (as they can anywhere) the team and Matt Moraca are always available to help resolve - thank you for your help and service you are a credit to the resort!

We checked in today and were informed at check-in that the pool will be completely closed tomorrow. Tomorrow is our **only full day at the resort**, and the pool was a major part of why we chose to stay here. My husband and I never get time away from our children and all we wanted to do was relax by the pool . Had we been informed at the time of booking that the pool would be closed during our stay, we would have chosen a different resort!

This resort deserves five stars and the only reason I gave it four stars is because we had a server at the pool named Hailey and in my 55 years I have never had such a rude server in my entire experience that it bothers me to the core! Other than that great resort highly recommend it. Happy birthday weekend to me!
