Amazing experience
First off we were greeted by Carl at Baggage Claim and he transported us to Red Rock. Upon arrival our check-in was super easy and painless. Heather set us up with times to Eat. We ate at Blue Ribbon, T Bones, Osteria and each meal and service was outstanding . The pool was on another level. Quick tip, get to pool when it opens at 9:00 for a chair around the main pool. However there are numerous small pools with chairs in and around the main pool. If you want more of an adult area with no kids running around splashing you, go to one of the small ones. The service was great around the pool. We never went thirsty or hungry. The hidden gem is lunch at the Sand Bar Grille. The Dole Whip dessert is a must. Overall if you want to avoid the crowded under construction strip with still the Vegas feel, choose Red Rock resort.

Love this hotel but please lower the pool music mid week
This is my favourite off strip casino. Absolutely love it here. It's so elegant and just stunning in every way. It's more of a locals casino but we are made to feel so welcome (from the UK) and always enjoy chatting with staff and locals at the bar. Reception staff go out of their way to welcome you and accommodate your needs. Amazing choice of restaurants, from the food court to fancy steaks and everything in between (Yard House is our favourite). We enjoy the cinema as a break from gambling and the setting, so close to Red Rock, is breathtaking. A mountain/pool view room is better than a stip view, but all views are great. Car park is so easy to get in/out of compared to the strip and is free, making you want to explore the surrounding areas more. My one ongoing criticism is that, although we love the pool, the music is just ridiculously and unnecessarily loud. It's the only reason I've given it 4 and not 5 stars. For the weekend I totally get why it's loud as the party crowd arrive, and it's needed for atmosphere (great for the younger crowd) But please, please turn it down on mid week days where it is quiter and people just want to read a book and sip some cocktails. Maybe just have a quieter area where the speakers aren't buzzing from every tree? Everyone we spoke to was complaining that's its too loud.

Best “off the strip” Resort in Vegas! Incredible service & stunning resort!
We had the most incredible experience during our 7 days at the Red Rock Casino Resort. The resort is absolutely beautiful! The entire resort from the casino, pool, restaurants, and rooms were extremely clean. Everyone was also very friendly and welcoming. There were 3 individuals who truly went above and beyond to provide us with the best experience possible. Kaela in the main lounge is one of the most beautiful souls that my wife & I have ever met. She really took the effort to sincerely get to know us and help us have the most enjoyable evenings to cap off each day. She also provided us with recommendations within the resort and local area so we could get the most out of our trip. She makes some of the best Martinis you’ll ever have! We can’t wait to come back to the resort just so we can visit her again! Simply put, Kaela’s customer service is parallel to none! Our valet attendant, Jean was simply awesome! We came to Vegas to hike the Red Rock Canyon & Valley of Fire. We left the resort each day before 7am and Jean made sure we didn’t waist a minute waiting for our car. He also shared a ton of great tips for our hiking adventures which helped us discover some hidden local gems of areas. I can’t thank him enough for helping us! One of the best parts of the Red Rock resort is their pool. We rented a Cabana for our last day and that’s when we met Brianna. Brianna is the staple of what amazing customer service looks like! She was so wonderful and always checked up on us for any of our needs. She also gave us some awesome local information about areas to come back and hike to help plan our return trip. The Red Rock Resort is the perfect resort for those looking for the “off the strip” 5 star experience. Between all its amenities and amazing restaurants there’s no need to go anywhere else. It’s only 15 minutes to Red Rock Canyon which offers stellar hiking. I can’t recommend this resort enough! Thank you Kaela, Jean and Brianna for making us feel so welcomed! We will see you again soon!

Stay elsewhere, even with family
We ended a 2 wk family trip through national parks in Las Vegas, my husband and I used to go to Vegas every year so we're quite familiar with many of the hotels. We thought this would be perfect with the kids - away from the strip, with family activities, plus it sounded very nice with newer rooms. Ugh - the room we had was dirty and sad, although it seemed to be partially updated? My kids appreciated the bowling alley on site, otherwise, the food options were lacking and it was definitely a hike to and from the strip. The pool seemed sad and dirty with what seemed like a lot of locals versus tourists. If the rooms were higher end and more clean it would have gone a long way but I was happy we only had a few nights here. Avoid!!!

Red Rock, a pleasant change from The Strip..
Just returned from a wonderful stay at Red Rock Casino and resort. For over 30 years I’ve stayed on The Strip. Red Rock was a refreshing change. The room was excellent, the staff were cordial and accommodating, the food was fabulous! It’s a whole different environment. The pool was very nice. We ate a nice meal on the patio at Tbones. We ate unbelievable meal at Lotus of Siam, we ate on patio a good meal at Osteria, room service was fast and perfect! The gambling was a bit crowded. Only one 3 card poker table. An abundance of slot machines. All in all, I highly recommend a change in pace from the Strip. Try it..
