PARTY PARTY PARTY!
This is one party hotel. When we first arrived to our floor, we can hear loud singing with microphone and speakers, door wide open, people screaming. Even when we got into the room, the noise was just as loud. I called down to the front desk and it took security 45 minutes to come up, but the noise did not let up and there door never shut. I, again called to the front desk, repeated my complaint. They finally sent the bell person up to move us to another floor. The elevator opened and once again, another partying floor. The bellperson shook his head, and said he was very sorry. It was worse then the other floor. This suite had a band playing. We couldn't believe this was happening. At this time, we are exhausted and pissed off. I call the front desk and asked for the manager. Too mad to talk on the phone, I went downstairs to talk in person. I explained all the moving around and the rediculous noise on each floor. He just stood there with a blank face and said, what can we do? WHATTTT? We knew we wern't going to get anywhere with this guy. He ended up giving us $100 food voucher and if you know Red Rock, thats not going to get you much. So long story short, if your looking for a romantic night in a hotel, don't go to Red Rock, but if you want to party til the sun comes up, rent a room at Red Rock. It seems you can do as you wish.

VERY NICE CASINO
I'm here a lot playing the slots, they have pennies and dollar slots which fits all Ur needs. The casino is very clean, and the staff and servers are very nice, the one thing that happen two days ago i had to use the restroom asked the red shirt man working there if he would watch my spot didn't what to lose the slot i was playing and he said had something to do, maybe because i was a male that made the difference because ive seen then save for the females many time, so guys u must hold it in. The servers are great but look, i spend lots of time there and money and I'm a good tipper also buy them gifts, just letting u single guys know if u think u will get anywhere like spending time with them, sorry guys it's not going to happen, I'm just saving u the grief that's all. Parking is free and the location is nice away from the city inside are many food courts and activities. As far as the rooms never stayed in one so can't tell u the price or what the room itself looks like. It's really nice casino folks and think u will enjoy Ur self-there.

Nightmare in Summerlin
Red Rock is a four star hotel with 1 star customer service. The room was not clean. There was hair in the sink, and one of the sink drains were clogged. I woke up at 2;30 AM to discover several bed bug bites on my left arm. My arm was red and hot to the touch. I also experienced severe itching. Upon checking out the next day, I reported the incident to the checkout desk. I was informed that a manager would get back to me. I received an initial phone call from a manager who assured me that the incident would be investigated thoroughly. It’s now been three weeks, and no one from Red Rock has contacted me. I have contacted them several times, but no one has responded.

Red Rock Resort is fantastic!
The hotel is lovely, comfortable, and has everything you need to never have to leave. The rooms are spacious, with fabulous beds, gigantic soaking tubs, and comfy chairs. The restaurants here are delicious and there are many to choose from, ranging from simple to extravagant, depending on how hungry you are and what kind of meal you want. The hotel is an easy 5 minute walk to downtown Summerlin, which is great for shopping, restaurants, and other amenities. It is also a 15 minute drive to the Red Rock Canyon which is spectacular and a great area to hike or even just to drive (it is a 12 mile one way loop) and stop at various parking points to get out to get closer to the magnificent geological formations and indigenous lands.

Great off-strip Casino
Red Rock Casino is always doing well and for good reason. Been here several times but stopped in the past weekend for the Rocks Lounge to catch some live music. There was no cover and parking was free. Red Rock remains a good value and one of my first choices when going to a casino. There is lots do do here so you should check it out!
