Would not return
Pros: valet, front desk, bowling alley counter and bowling alley bartender were all very friendly. Cons: When we got to our room, the beds were made, but the rest of the room had not been cleaned. There was stuff from the last guests still left in the bathroom, and bottles and glasses around the room. We called the front desk and it took awhile for them to answer. They gave us a new room and a $25 room credit, but I was surprised this happened at all considering the high price we paid for the room. We tried to use the pool elevator to get to the pool. However, it wouldn’t take us to pool level. I used the courtesy phone to call and ask if maybe the pool was closed and that’s why it wasn’t working. Again, it took awhile while for the call to be answered. The woman told me, “That elevator hasn’t worked for two years,” in a way that seemed like me, a first time guest, should know that. It seems odd that if an elevator works to take you to all floors except the one it is marked for, they would close the doors leading to it or take down the sign that says elevator to pool. Bottom line, I expected a higher quality experience than we received based on the price on the room. The next night we stayed at a resort that was $300 less per night and had a much better experience.

Nice casino outside the strip, we love it and always play bowling there
We love going to this place which is out of strip but not too far and where you can still feel the old casino atmosphere of the past. We love also the bawling lanes where we always compete with the regulars who are very competitive. Nice restaurants and services.

my favorite Vegas resort
first off the hotel, resort and casino are beautiful and clean. service is awesome. parking is easy. there are tons of restaurants across all levels. I like the casino and the dealers were good. even in December they had a couple heated pools plus a jacuzzi available to enjoy. the resort is obviously close to Red Rock Canyon and I went hiking two mornings. it really is my favorite resort in Vegas and when I can afford to stay I do.

Casino ripoff!!
Finally I won a larger jackpot!! $10,000. As a Canadian I was able to apply for a refund of the tax that the RED ROCK withheld for the IRS. Sadly the casino sent in the wrong form ( they admit) to the IRS. they said they would send a letter to the IRS correcting the matter but never did. So I am out $3,200 US and the Casino is ghosting me. I wonder where the money went. I loved this casino hotel but if I can't trust the casino what is the point of playing there?

PARTY PARTY PARTY!
This is one party hotel. When we first arrived to our floor, we can hear loud singing with microphone and speakers, door wide open, people screaming. Even when we got into the room, the noise was just as loud. I called down to the front desk and it took security 45 minutes to come up, but the noise did not let up and there door never shut. I, again called to the front desk, repeated my complaint. They finally sent the bell person up to move us to another floor. The elevator opened and once again, another partying floor. The bellperson shook his head, and said he was very sorry. It was worse then the other floor. This suite had a band playing. We couldn't believe this was happening. At this time, we are exhausted and pissed off. I call the front desk and asked for the manager. Too mad to talk on the phone, I went downstairs to talk in person. I explained all the moving around and the rediculous noise on each floor. He just stood there with a blank face and said, what can we do? WHATTTT? We knew we wern't going to get anywhere with this guy. He ended up giving us $100 food voucher and if you know Red Rock, thats not going to get you much. So long story short, if your looking for a romantic night in a hotel, don't go to Red Rock, but if you want to party til the sun comes up, rent a room at Red Rock. It seems you can do as you wish.
