THIS CASINO IS ALL ABOUT TAKING UR MONEY THATS IT.

I will fine another casino to go to there's many, I'm tired of this one it's all about taking Ur money folks. I've been going to this one steady for like 5months spending hundreds of thousands of dollars, on the slots, tips on drinks, I'm done. R and L are great Servers but it's all about money, tips to them, besides Ur money, they wouldn't give u the time of day, oh, we can be friends, yah right, friends that take Ur money. Don't be a fool for these Servers, i bought them Gift cards a few times, candy, Christmas cards with money, these two won't give u the time of day, or an innocent drink together, just don't get caught up with these servers. Long ago I knew one here worked near the lower end near the food court her name J nice friendly just out for Ur money, make a fool of u, if u try to make a play for them, since I'm single, they will get this big guy big shot there to tell u not to play in there section again, see they all stick together like clue, Ur wrong no matter if Ur right, got it. See, when l and R get together, they start talking about me then they laugh they Mock u, this place is all about taking every penny from u folks and that's it. They do party there sometimes I hear loud music being played sometimes not too often thou so I'm sure it effects the folks that stay there. Like i said this Casino is all about taking Ur Money, ive never won there, never. The Servers put that smile on their face for one thing Ur Money. I've moved on from that place will stop by now and then but as a Steady Customer I'm Finished, Folks there are Many Many other Casinos in Las Vegas.

    Overall not good

I was here on New Year’s Eve last night for 2026 and I was at the sports bar, I was trying to order a drink. The guy who was working the back left of the bar is a A-hole and told me to go F myself, he was working last night around 11, normal size guy with brown hair, younger guy. What happened was I was waiting behind people to get a drink and he finally looked over at me and their was a couple to the right of me that was there first, by the time I motioned to him the couple had left, two random guys came up and he proceeded to help them while hearing me say oh they left, no worries I will wait. He helps the one guy, no problem, helps a couple in front of me off too the right of him no problem, I thought it was my turn at that point……. Nope keep in mind he acknowledged my presence from the start. I stepped in at that point and said sir I was next, the buddy of the guy who showed up randomly proceeded to tell me I was wrong and was close to wanting to fight me and instead of the bartender being like I see you man don’t worry I’ll get you next, the dude could give a crap and by the time he got to me I was upset and again instead of wanting to help me he looks at me and a group of people to the right of me and doesn’t know who to help first, so I said if you want to help them that’s fine, you didn’t want to help me at all, then he was confused and I said ok bro I’ll just take 2 beers and then said I’m not serving you and as I walked away told me to f myself. I said fine I’ll go to another bar. I have never put someone on blast on here but for you I’ll make an exception. I have never in my life at my job told someone to go f themselves, I understand you were busy I was trying to be nice and help the people out to my right but when they took off and those guys who I was clearly there before got your undivided attention I was ok with that but when you didn’t take control over the situation at the bar to help people getting upset and then used profanity against them, sorry I have to speak out.dude who do you think you are, I’m coming for you tomorrow with a formal complaint, it will be the last time you use the f word against a customer. I have said more than once I will remove all my reviews if I get a formal apology the the guy in question

    I LOVE this hotel.

I absolutely loved staying at Red Rock Casino in Las Vegas. This hotel truly has everything & you never need to leave the property. There’s a bowling alley, movie theatre, bingo, and so many food options that there’s something for everyone. Free parking is a huge plus, especially in Vegas. It’s very family friendly, but still fun for adults, and the pool area is awesome. If you want to get away from the Strip and enjoy a more relaxed Vegas experience, this is definitely the place to stay.

    Would not return

Pros: valet, front desk, bowling alley counter and bowling alley bartender were all very friendly. Cons: When we got to our room, the beds were made, but the rest of the room had not been cleaned. There was stuff from the last guests still left in the bathroom, and bottles and glasses around the room. We called the front desk and it took awhile for them to answer. They gave us a new room and a $25 room credit, but I was surprised this happened at all considering the high price we paid for the room. We tried to use the pool elevator to get to the pool. However, it wouldn’t take us to pool level. I used the courtesy phone to call and ask if maybe the pool was closed and that’s why it wasn’t working. Again, it took awhile while for the call to be answered. The woman told me, “That elevator hasn’t worked for two years,” in a way that seemed like me, a first time guest, should know that. It seems odd that if an elevator works to take you to all floors except the one it is marked for, they would close the doors leading to it or take down the sign that says elevator to pool. Bottom line, I expected a higher quality experience than we received based on the price on the room. The next night we stayed at a resort that was $300 less per night and had a much better experience.

Nice casino outside the strip, we love it and always play bowling there

We love going to this place which is out of strip but not too far and where you can still feel the old casino atmosphere of the past. We love also the bawling lanes where we always compete with the regulars who are very competitive. Nice restaurants and services.
