The casino is very nice folks
The casino has penny to dollar slots, parking is free and safe and its very clean inside, the staff is friendly and they have many food courts, entertainment inside. The servers, most are very nice while a few care only of Ur fat wallet and would take it all if u let them. I tried after one, was a fool doing so, really liked her very much bought her everything spent lots of money on her, but it was all in just, she could care less about me. I'm just letting u single guys out there know, most just want Ur money I'm just trying to save u the grief afterwards. I have never won, I do nothing but lose here, so good luck winning folks.

Don't even bother
Red Rock claims to be a 5 star hotel...it's not even close...of course paid for early check in that didn't happen...bugs in the beds and drinks....It's an overpriced South Point..

Beware the ripoff resort fee!
When we visited the Red Rock Casino, I was under the impression that the pools were closed because of the signage the ropes across the stairs and that I could not see anyone using them from my window on the 19th floor. I paid $50 for a pass to use the Spa whirlpool and sauna. I only used them for half an hour. When I went to check out there was a $45/day+ tax for a "resort fee" When I called the front desk to ask why the fee when the pools were closed they said that one of the pools and hot tubs were available 4 hours a day and that the rest of the fee covered the wifi and the mini bottles of water in the room I do not recommend that anyone visit in the winter when the pools are effectively closed and pay $50 a day for a bottle of water and wifi.

Good overall
The staff at the resort was great, Heather the concierge was super and helped us out after PRICELINE tried to sabotage our trip by giving away our room. Th resort was clean and inviting, the service when playing games was real slow having to wait 30 minutes or more for a drink Overall a good trip

Overall not good
I was here on New Year’s Eve last night for 2026 and I was at the sports bar, I was trying to order a drink. The guy who was working the back left of the bar is a A-hole and told me to go F myself, he was working last night around 11, normal size guy with brown hair, younger guy. What happened was I was waiting behind people to get a drink and he finally looked over at me and their was a couple to the right of me that was there first, by the time I motioned to him the couple had left, two random guys came up and he proceeded to help them while hearing me say oh they left, no worries I will wait. He helps the one guy, no problem, helps a couple in front of me off too the right of him no problem, I thought it was my turn at that point……. Nope keep in mind he acknowledged my presence from the start. I stepped in at that point and said sir I was next, the buddy of the guy who showed up randomly proceeded to tell me I was wrong and was close to wanting to fight me and instead of the bartender being like I see you man don’t worry I’ll get you next, the dude could give a crap and by the time he got to me I was upset and again instead of wanting to help me he looks at me and a group of people to the right of me and doesn’t know who to help first, so I said if you want to help them that’s fine, you didn’t want to help me at all, then he was confused and I said ok bro I’ll just take 2 beers and then said I’m not serving you and as I walked away told me to f myself. I said fine I’ll go to another bar. I have never put someone on blast on here but for you I’ll make an exception. I have never in my life at my job told someone to go f themselves, I understand you were busy I was trying to be nice and help the people out to my right but when they took off and those guys who I was clearly there before got your undivided attention I was ok with that but when you didn’t take control over the situation at the bar to help people getting upset and then used profanity against them, sorry I have to speak out.dude who do you think you are, I’m coming for you tomorrow with a formal complaint, it will be the last time you use the f word against a customer. I have said more than once I will remove all my reviews if I get a formal apology the the guy in question
