Resort Quality High, Privacy Standards Fell Short

I recently stayed at this resort for Valentine’s night in room 7-140. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, very clean, and clearly well maintained. The amenities were good, and overall, we enjoyed many aspects of our stay. It has the atmosphere and quality you would expect from a resort of this caliber. Unfortunately, a very serious incident occurred that significantly impacted our experience. At approximately 8:30 AM, housekeeping knocked and opened our door at the exact same moment. There was no pause between the knock and entry — no second knock, no announcement, and no opportunity whatsoever for us to respond. The first knock happened as the door was already in the process of being opened. My partner was up and startled, and I was woken up during this incident. Both of us were minimally clothed at the time. Because the door was opened instantly, we were given zero chance to answer, cover ourselves, or even process what was happening. It was immediate and deeply invasive. The experience felt like a complete violation of our privacy and left us shocked and extremely uncomfortable. For a resort of this standard, guest privacy and security should be an absolute priority. Our checkout time was 11:00 AM, and hotel management even acknowledged that housekeeping should have knocked at least a few times, per policy, before entering. Entering an occupied room without waiting for guest confirmation is simply unacceptable. After this incident, the remainder of our stay felt different. The sense of comfort and safety that you expect when staying at a resort was disrupted. Management stated they would “look into the matter” and offered a discount on a future stay. While I appreciate the acknowledgment, a discount that requires us to spend additional money to return does not feel like an appropriate resolution for such a serious privacy breach. An incident of this nature deserves a more meaningful and immediate response. This resort truly has so much to offer, and we did enjoy many parts of our stay. However, situations like this should never happen. I sincerely hope the hotel takes this matter seriously, implements stronger housekeeping protocols, and provides a proper resolution that reflects the severity of what occurred, especially since my family has been coming to this resort for years for dining and entertainment and has even booked several suites for company parties.

CASINO AND SERVERS WILL TAKE U 4 A RIDE, IT HAPPEN TO ME I KNOW FOR A FACT.

I lived in Las Vegas twice these servers are nothing but after Ur money and nothing else, if u think there Ur friend Ur dreaming. the CEO and manager lets them lie to u take u for a ride just to get Ur money. Years ago, I knew one here bought her a necklace and tipped well then she turned on me and told this big guy that I wasn't tipping enough, things about me that were not true and he said sit somewhere else, this is how management is, these servers can do anything under the sun and get away with it. See I went back now after two years was kind, have a good heart bought them gifts and u could hear them mocking me, laughing, I will not say their names, and when I first went in they came to me ask me are u a good kisser do u like this server, off the wall stuff, could u imagine if I were to say this, I'd be thrown out, I was played a fool, bought them gift cards, candy, Christmas cards with money in them gave other servers money as gifts, I bet on gifts alone I spent 500.00 on them that's not including tips and buying them lunches, what I get out of it nothing, I'm lucky to get a thanks. They will play u, wave to u act like they like u, but care nothing about u, it's all an Act to get what they can from u, Ur money. This Casino is a Rip Off to go elsewhere Folks. I played the slots never won, lost over 500 I bet in a few months playing the slots. I had like 76 credits in my slot and it went down light went on I banged the machine some to get it working it came on with 0credits I lost all, they the CEO management will never repay u Ur lost, like what proof do u have. I learned my lesson here, servers lie, only out to get Ur money, play with Ur head, like they like u care about u, but they could care less about u as a human being. Tell u now, don't be a fool for them, like I was, they will take u for a ride for everything u have if u let them. The thing is management sees this, but they close their eyes too it. Go elsewhere folks not worth it.

It was fine but not for the money

On the plus side, the bed was comfy and the shower good. The casino is clean. We ate at the sushi place, the noodle place, the steak place, and the coffee shop, and all were good. All staff were kind and attentive. However, for the money, we could have stayed on the strip with far more amenities. At RR there is no coffee in the room, no mini fridge, and the bogus resort fee that provides nothing. The entire pool area was closed for "the season". Hey, if you can't afford to heat the pools, you could at least keep the pool area open so we can lounge in the sun with a beverage, and also keep the hot tubs heated. That was a bummer. I wouldn't stay here again unless the price was a LOT lower, because the value/ROI just isn't there.

    Beware the ripoff resort fee!

When we visited the Red Rock Casino, I was under the impression that the pools were closed because of the signage the ropes across the stairs and that I could not see anyone using them from my window on the 19th floor. I paid $50 for a pass to use the Spa whirlpool and sauna. I only used them for half an hour. When I went to check out there was a $45/day+ tax for a "resort fee" When I called the front desk to ask why the fee when the pools were closed they said that one of the pools and hot tubs were available 4 hours a day and that the rest of the fee covered the wifi and the mini bottles of water in the room I do not recommend that anyone visit in the winter when the pools are effectively closed and pay $50 a day for a bottle of water and wifi.
