    Overnight to catch a cruise, Pros and Cons

    Staying overnight catching a cruise next day. Pros: The bed and pillows were nice and the place was affordable. Having the shuttle to the cruises downstairs was convenient. It was not incredibly small. It was clean enough...that's about it. Cons: Even with there being available rooms that were not on the street side, that's where we were put. Road noise was bad. The staff seemed to really not want to be there. That "free" shuttle...kind of a joke. The fine print (which I missed) tell you it runs once an hour...we got in just after it had showed up (?) and were looking at a 50+ minute wait. Opted to eat the $20+ for a taxi. If I had known, for the extra $20 a night I might have looked elsewhere. The place was showing it's age and everything was smelling like (strong) Febreze. If you are on the second floor, better hope your luggage is light cause you'll be hauling it up a flight of stairs...again...my bad for not catching that but who thinks to look for that? Pool is only open till dusk and the shower was a smidge more than a trickle. Bottom line: Pleasant stay? Nope! Is some of that on me? Yep! If you end up going do not say in a street side room if you can help it. Check the fine print and hope your flight gets in at a time that corresponds to the shuttle service. I gotta say with all that went on I feel I kinda got taken...fine print...woof!

    Great Hotel again and again

    Great place to stay park and cruise. Very clean and great staff. We stay here everytime we cruise out of Miami

    Accetable hotel close to airport with some bewares

    close to airport, shuttle only runs hourly. Room was small and disabled room was the farthest from reception-making a long walk for someone on a walker or in a chair.

    Great hotel to start your vacation!

    This is a great hotel for convenience to airport! cleanliness of rooms, and a great restaurant right inside. We have stayed here for the last 12 years. staff are wonderful. The airport shuttle operates every hour on the hour. "Just get to lobby early," Only negative! no elevator.
