    It's a very good hotel

    It's a good hotel for the most part they people are friendly the cleaning service is great I met the cleaning lady Mercedes Cuevas she did an excellent job .they people in the receptions are very nice welcoming people at the bar muy bien services .

    Housekeeping Excellent

    I just wan to highlight the excellent service by my housekeeper Mercedes Cuevas who took care of my room and was extremely kind and willing to assist. Her assistance and the grid guy Rafael are both worthy Her service was 5 star, despite the hotel overall is does not honor the brand. The room smell like humidity and mattress wasn’t confy. I stayed for a week

    Another great stay

    Every time I go to Santo Domingo I stay at Radisson Hotel, it never disappoints! Rooms as spacious and comfortable, service is great the Omelette gentleman at the breakfast is very nice and the new F&B Manager Milton is very heblpful and attentive!

    It’s a shame for Radisson chain!!! no words…

    the worst stay ever. after flight of 11 hours I and my husband stay at Radisson Hotel in Santo Domingo. it was our third stay there and before all was good, this time they gave us room for 1 night on our way to Punta Cana. toilet bottom didn't work I was very surprised when I get up in the morning and couldn't flush the water in the toilet, than I went to the shower it didn't work properly, was Sunday there wasn't manager, stuff offered change room before check out, I refused of course. I asked to call me back the management and nobody never did that, I didn't got even apologise. I'm very disappointed never again((((( for 130 usd per night!!! It’s a trick. I never write bad reviews but this time they crossed all limits…My husband was furious
