Location was awesome! You are not on the beach but totally worth the room space. Peter, Sig and Jaluis (sp) are the absolute best - they made the stay PERFECT! Peter went above and beyond - even helping to get our child to urgent care. Every day you were greeted with a smile. We will be back due to all their hospitality!

Friendly, Safe and Clean
The staff at the Radisson Blu are amazing. They can point you to shopping, restaurants and night time entertainment. A big Minnesota shout out to Peter, Santos and Jarlinios! The hotel and grounds are spotless. Family friendly and places for quiet times as well. The hotel is just a short walk from the beach or you can grab the free shuttle to the beach. It is such a beautiful safe place to visit! 100% recommend the Radiss Blu.

We are a family of 4 (parents with 2 adult children) and this space accommodated our family well. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and space to spread out. The hotel was clean and the location was great for walking around and going out. The beach, however, was disappointing. Few chairs, very little space, and immediately adjacent to boats. We rented a car and went to other beaches every day. The kitchen was only equipped for 2 people (2 mugs, glasses, etc) despite there being 4 of us, we were unable to get "extra" glasses when requested. Pretty disappointing for what seemed like a reasonable request. The hotel was not able to offer early check-in or late check-out. With one exception, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The store on site was frequently closed, despite being "open" hours. Overall, it's a reasonably priced place to stay and explore the island but the beach, for us, was a HUGE disappointment.

Some areas need to be improved
The room we stayed in was amazing—perfect for a family of four. It had a spacious living room, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms with showers, which made our stay very comfortable. The pool was excellent—very clean and kid-friendly, which we really appreciated. The location is also a big plus, as the hotel is conveniently situated next to many restaurants. However, the beach experience was disappointing. The hotel does not provide enough chairs and umbrellas for its size, so we had to rent them from a neighboring hotel for $40 (3 chairs and an umbrella). On some days, even that wasn’t available. As for the staff, I’d especially like to recognize Santos in the lobby—he was always friendly, helpful, and went out of his way to assist us, whether it was offering water or giving us a ride to the beach. That said, I do want to mention an issue with housekeeping. The cleaning staff did not seem friendly and often appeared unhappy. On a couple of days, the room was cleaned late while we were still inside. The housekeeper did not greet us or say goodbye, and although I left a tip, she took it without any acknowledgment. Even my 7-year-old noticed and commented on the lack of courtesy. Overall, while we enjoyed the room, pool, and location, there are areas—especially beach amenities and housekeeping—that could be improved.

This is a great place to stay and be close to all of the action. A very short walk to the beach. Good pools. Very helpful staff and solid accommodations. 2 bed 2bath suite with kitchen was excellent. Very clean, spacious and well set up
