Great hotel, great staff. Always willing to help out if needed. Entertainment staff are amazing and friendly. Entertaining during day and night with different activities. Jasmine and her team are full of energy. Would return.

I am currently staying at the Punta Cana Princess. Rooms are definitely dated but for the time you are in them, it’s okay. I read in previous reviews how great the entertainment staff were but in the two days that I have been here I found that they were disengaged, almost bored with their jobs and just going through the motions. The one fellow who was in charge of archery, literally gave us the bows and arrows and walked off looking at his phone. No instructions at all. He was also in charge of towels, not friendly at all. The restaurant staff are amazing. No service around the pools/beach. You have to get your own drinks. Not a 5 star at all, but I am just happy for the sun and relaxation

Review – Punta Cana Princess All Suites Resort & Spa
I stayed at the Punta Cana Princess and overall it was a very enjoyable experience. The resort is adults-only, calm, and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The atmosphere is peaceful, the gardens are well maintained, and everything feels inviting. The beach is beautiful – soft white sand, clear turquoise water, and plenty of loungers. The pool area is also clean and pleasant, great for relaxing during the day. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and although some areas could use a bit of updating, everything was clean and well maintained. The food was decent with a good variety, and the à la carte restaurants offered some nice options. One thing that truly made the stay better was Juli from the staff. He was absolutely amazing – friendly, helpful, and always made sure guests felt welcome. His positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. Thanks to him, the whole experience felt more personal and enjoyable.

Do not book this hotel. If you are looking for a 5 star experience this is not the place. If I could I would leave no star. We stayed in no start or b&b in other places and we had way better conditions. When we entered the room we were in shock how bad it was. First we were greeted by an awful smell. The room very old . No proper sink ,towels very old had stains on them, bed sheets as well. Bathroom had splashes everywhere . Cleaning was done very poorly . Our holiday was ruined straight away, and honestly if we could we would have moved that night. The food was super bad, no taste and variety, no healthy choices. I was almost starving by the end of our stay. Everyone pushy and expects tips all the time. While I was reading on the beach a staff came and sat on my sunbed and strated to chat with me and then make me leave a review for her and tell how her performance was, even though we haven't seen any entertainment at that stage. The only nice thing I have to say is that the outside was nice and well maintained. But overall for us it was a horrible experience.
