Luis Arturo, Carlos, and Alejandra were the most amazing servers at Fellinis. Luis is so passionate and knowledgeable about what he does. the food was amazing and the service was even better. definitely recommend to anyone staying at the pueblo bonito resorts

Rose’ resort
It’s an older resort, but it’s very well kept. The staff is very welcoming. I’ve been going there for years, and find the same employees, which to me means that the resort is good to their staff. I’ve taken family to several other resorts, and everyone agrees that the Rose’ is the best

Keep Your Families Away!
I have stayed at the Pueblo Bonito resorts in Cabo over 10 times in the past several years. This will be my last time staying at their resorts. To start, the rooms at Pueblo Bonito Rose are terrible. The walls are scratched/have marks all over them, the floor is extremely old along with all cabinets and countertops being old and in need of removal and updating. At night, you can hear people talking who are above or next door to you (literally you can hear their full conversations along with many other things you don't want to hear). Aside from the old worn out rooms with walls that talk, my family and I encountered a problem when we went to dine at Fellini's. Upon arriving to our reservation, the hostess and manager of the restaurant informed us that we were not welcome to dine there because we were with our daughter who is under 8 years old. I informed them that we had been to the resort and restaurant many times including 2 previous trips with our daughter, and it was never a problem to dine there. I asked what changed. I received no response other than we were not allowed to dine there. I pointed out that the restaurant was only at about 25% capacity with no one dining inside. I asked if we could sit inside away from all other diners and they still declined to allow us to eat there. We immediately took the complaint to the front desk at the resort. We explained that dining at Fellini's was one of the biggest reasons (honestly the only reason) why we booked their resort. A manager was called to speak with us. After explaining the problem, he told us he would discuss it with upper management and get back to us the next day. We stayed there 2 more days and no person ever followed up with us regarding this matter. Since we were denied eating at Fellini's, the manager insisted on escorting us to Cilantro's for dinner. While walking to the restaurant, there were young high school/college kids screaming obscenities from the balconies of their rooms that could be heard by the entire resort. I asked the manager why it was acceptable for young kids to get drunk and act belligerent at the resort but my family could not even enjoy a dinner at one of their "fine dining restaurants" because we have a child with us. Of course, I received no response. We continued the walk to Cilantro's where just next to the restaurant, there was a loud party taking place. The manager apologized (clearly embarrassed that we had to dine next to such loud noise). My wife and I just shook our heads at one another and then took our seats at Cilantro's. The staff was friendly but the food was terrible. My wife originally asked for the steak and lobster on the menu which was listed for 1,300 pesos. The server then informed us that the price was actually 2,000 pesos. She then opted for a Ribeye steak instead. I had the "chicken supreme" which is supposed to be chicken parmesan. My wife's steak was mediocre (nothing special) and had sides that were inedible. My daughter's pizza was the worst version of a pizza I have ever encountered. My "chicken supreme" tasted like a child's chicken tender with almost no cheese or tomato sauce to be seen on it. To sum it up, if you can't eat at their "fine dining" restaurants, the food at the resort is terrible. Not exactly sure why their policy has changed to disallow children from eating at Fellini's. Pueblo Bonito has an adult's only resort where people who do not want children around can dine if they wish. The resort is no longer "kid friendly" yet they have no problem with young adults getting drunk and being loud and obnoxious. We will never return to Pueblo Bonito. The resort has sadly gone down hill. Save yourself from an unwanted experience and stay elsewhere!

Get premium all inclusive package with travel insurance
I experienced a bee sting on my 2nd day at lunch at the pool. Margarito and Ivan and rest of waitstaff were so helpful taking out the stinger and providing ice. Unfortunately, my hand and forearm swelled up. Vidal the manager provided a paramedic that checked me out and then a doctor that gave me a steroid shot. Vidal filled the prescription for steroid and antibiotics that doctor prescribed. Vidal went above and beyond and checked on me during the rest of the week. All medical assistance was cover with the $3000 travel insurance that was part of the premium all inclusive package. Ivan and Margarito were outstanding waitstaff. Mercedes was an amazing waitress at the buffet breakfast. I looked forward to seeing Arlene of the Blancho Activities staff every day for morning stretching and water aerobics. An outstanding resort all around.
