Pueblo Bonito Rose is perfectly located on Medano Beach, walking distance from downtown. Juan and Miguel warmly greet you at the bell hop stand. At breakfast there are several wonderful servers, supervised by Heriberto: Vicente, Evaristo, Raul, Alaudio, Luis, Ulysses, Enrique, Daniel, 2 Marisols, Beatriz, and Angel. The 3 kind hostesses (whose names I lost) greet us with smiles each morning. Edelfonso makes sure my husband gets hash browns. Poolside servers Isra, Gabriel, Carlos, Hector, and Alberto will take excellent care of you. Alma and Yuli are amazing food runners with a smile on their faces. So many of the pool dishes are delicious! Another Alma, the pool manger, will be sure you are enjoying the pool area. Israel and Luis, the pool concierges, can handle special requests with ease. Marco is a dedicated pool maintenance fellow, smiling as he replaces or scrubs tiles. The sushi bar has great food; much more than sushi. Julio is the jefe, setting a welcoming atmosphere. Ana, Samuel, Miguel and Mario are amazing servers, anticipating what you want. The Teppanyaki Rose is delicious! The staff are one of Rose's prime assets! You will enjoy your stay there.

Mar 21, 2026Really getting run down. Not 5 star not 4 star either
We arrived and got a first floor room near the pool. Junior suite instantly smelled mold talked to the front desk, they sent somebody and he sprayed air freshener in the vents. The mold smell continued after 3 rounds of complaining about it and then we finally switched rooms. You could not order from the menu unless you ate. Up at Fellini's or at cilantro, the rest of it was all buffet. There was no sushi menu, there was no entertainment. The food was mediocre except at Fellini's, which had exceptional food and exceptional service.

All-Inclusive is a must!
Excellent location. Rooms can use a little upgrade but over all a very comfortable stay. Employees offered exceptional customer service throughout my stay making my experience exceptional. I recommend booking the all-inclusive package, well worth the money. Food not bad at all. Loved how they offer a free shuttle service to their other 2 resorts and let you have a meal at any of their resort restaurants.

Sylvia was so good to us all week. She answered all our questions and played Mexican train with us. Our pool waiters Judas, Adal, Angel and Jorge were all excellent. Great customer service.
