Treated like family, fed like Kings & Queens
The food is absolutely outstanding! The service was amazing and our server Carlos went above and beyond every day! We loved that all the servers genuinely liked each other and treated us like family. The whales and waves made our days on the beach. The whole resort is impeccably clean. Highly recommend!

Amazing
Location was beautiful, Geo the bartender at Pacific lab airstream was the absolutely amazing! Played great music while he whipped up amazing drinks. Atmosphere was was calm and very relaxing. Rooms were tidy and extremely comfortable beds. Value was worth it with those views. Noise level was calm, wished they would have allowed speakers at the pool or had a little bit of a night life but the sister resorts for that is where it’s at. Amenities were delicious, serving hours were a little later than expected.

MOST UNHELPFUL STAFF! All activities and restaurants booked!
I arrived yesterday for a three-night stay with my daughters, and unfortunately the experience went downhill immediately. It started at check-in, which was already unfriendly and disorganized. There was a long line, it took forever, and no one seemed interested in actually helping. We were told to download the app on the spot, which took even more time, instead of anyone simply explaining how things work. The front desk staff came across as rude and dismissive, and communication was difficult, with repeated “check the app” responses instead of real assistance. After traveling over an hour to get here, we were exhausted and starving, only to find out that all restaurants require advance reservations. No one explained this beforehand, and of course there was no availability when we arrived. For an all-inclusive resort at this price point, that’s unacceptable. Everything here revolves around the app. Every question or request is met with “check the app,” which makes the experience feel impersonal and frustrating. Another issue is how restrictive the resort is. They sell sunscreen for around $50, but don’t allow deliveries to the property. If you order anything, you have to pay about $20 for a taxi just to go out to security and pick it up yourself. The resort itself feels very dated and honestly very lifeless. There’s minimal staff around, and overall the service feels cold and unwelcoming. The property is also dated, especially the bathrooms and mattresses. There’s a few sodas and beers but zero snacks in the room “snack bar”. It’s also very isolated. It took over an hour to get here, and once you arrive, you’re essentially stuck unless you want to spend more money on transportation. At over $1,200 a night, I expected a seamless, welcoming experience. Instead, it’s been frustrating and disappointing. I would NEVER return and would HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere in Cabo!!!

Spring break
Quiet beach and resort-we had low expectations for all inclusive and we very pleasantly surprised by the quality of food & drinks at the pool, Peninsula, Pescados restaurant at the Montecristo & Siempre. The atmosphere & views at Peninsula & Montecristo were fantastic. The Market @ Sunsets had great food-just a little more chaotic but everyone found things they liked. Golf was a wonderful experience! The breakfast hostesss, bartender, waffle staff and waitresses were amazing as well as Martin at the pool. Easter touches were fun & always felt very safe!
