The beds are terrible but they brought up cushions and it helped. All inclusive not all, up charges for certain meals and alcohol, once we figured it out it was better it would have been nice to know in advance. Ivan was the best server ever.
Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos ( Blanco)
Let me preference my statement below by saying we spent the first 5 days at the PB Sunset which is far and above PB Los Cabos - We checked in a little early and was told the room would be ready at 3:00 to 3:30. Ok, no problem... All of the restrooms around the pool and lobby area had the water turned off and was not a good situation... I waited until 4:00 and went to the desk to inquire about our room, the Desk then told me, "Oh yes sir your room has been ready since 2:00"... It would have been nice for them to let us know. We did reserve a King size bed, but got two queens, again not a big deal. We had a fairly good night sleep until 6:00am when you could hear everything going on in the hallways and in the parking area, understand the kids need to get out not a big deal. Then when I went to take a shower the water came out brown and filled the tub with nasty brown water. I let it run for 15 minutes and it finally cleared up, but I was not excited to get into that water, who knows what is in it. Then the same thing happened in the bathroom sink, so we used bottled water to brush our teeth... We had a great server at the pool named Freddy he was fantastic and full of personality, which is what we are more accustomed to from the Sunset, we wish we could have had him every day as a lot of other guests shared the same sentiment. The other servers were ok, just a little slow and did not really engage with you but did do their jobs. The food was just ok, nothing great. We will probably not be going back to the PB Los Cabos anytime soon.
Terrible Cabo experience
Allowed to have 4 adults to a room but are only allowed to add 3 people to the all inclusive, which is incredibly inconvenient . Extra charges randomly kept popping up throughout the trip (after we paid at check-in and gave them all of our passports). 5 people in the wedding party got food poisoning the night before the wedding. We had a car service that was connected to the hotel and they would not let us leave the hotel unless we paid that overcharge. I've been going to Cabo religiously and this is the worst experience I've had were we did not feel safe and were held there.

Great staff always make sure we have an amazing experience!! Can't beat the location, right off the beach. Super friendly staff, great food & drinks. I would highly recommend purchasing the all inclusive package, it is worth it!
A++ staff and great beach to swim
We had the best time celebrating my fiancé’s 30th. Alfredo Rodriguez was exceptionally amazing to our large 7 person group the entire week. We felt like celebrities, it was amazing. A++ to Alfredo that guy works so hard. The entire staff do as well. So clean, that resort is extremely special.
