Hotel is close to Ala Moana shopping center, beaches, restaurants, major transportation and walking areas. All of the rooms have excellent views of the harbor and ocean. The lobby is always festive, especially during the Xmas season. The staff from the porters, registration staff, housekeeping are friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurants are great.

Mom's 60th Birthday Weekend
We stayed at Prince Waikiki to celebrate Mom's 60th birthday weekend. Emma was incredibly patient,courteous and efficient in helping me set up prep/surprises before we arrived. Service was excellent from Concierge, porters, housekeeping. We received a complimentary prosecco and happy birthday card for the occasion which was a thoughtful touch we appreciated. Lanai suite was beautiful and immaculately clean. Our other oceanfront room was also tidy and well kept. Thank you so much! We'll definitely be staying at the Prince Waikiki again. Mahalo!

As good as it get
I love this hotel. We have stayed there 3-5 times. It is always excellent. The views are spectacular and the service and rooms excellent. This is our go to favorite hotel in Honolulu. It is not a cheap place to stay, but you get what you pay for in Honolulu.

It's in a great location, walking distance from a plethora of restaurants and shops. The rooms are updated and clean, and there is a tasty coffee shop in the lobby. It met our needs, but it also included a resort fee on top of the nightly rate.
