We stayed here on our first trip to Hawaii and it was so beautiful. I loved the view of the harbor. It was gorgeous. The room was perfect size for two people. The room was clean and we loved how you could open the whole window. We loved the breakfast and everything they had at the buffet was good. I thinks it's definitely worth checking out in the morning. Also, you don’t miss stoping by Katsumidori Sushi Tokyo located in the hotel. Everything was so fresh and delicious. We visited the pool and had a drink and loved that the main pool is heated. The pool towels were always stocked. The water stations were an added plus to our trip. We did lots of excursions and we were able to fill our water bottles before each one. Overall the staff in every area of the hotel was so nice. The front desk staff was amazing. Everyone we spoke to us so kind. We had such a great stay and a very memorable experience at the Prince Waikiki. It was beautiful, comfortable and the location was great.

What great sunsets from the pool
Great place to stay, I spent more time at the pool taking pictures of of sunset than I am proud of. All of the staff were great. Like most in Hawaii they charge a resort fee so if you aren't one to read everything you my miss that when booking.

Complaint turned around
I had complained about a hamburger online and manager of the poolside bar looked my me up when I returned with the adult daughters. Jeremy Y was so accommodating and a great representative of the Prince. Such a great guy and the Prince should be very grateful to have such an employee. I look forward to seeing him again.

Another great stay!
This is one of the best hotels you can stay at. I’ll choose this over majority in Waikiki. It’s further north of Waikiki but a nice stroll everyday never hurt anyone. Can’t beat the views and the fireworks from the pool either.

Good food
Good food as always. Harold is so nice, excellent customer service . Rice is a little bit mushy, but everything taste yummy
