    A great experience overall

This was a great resort for the family to stay because of location and a great selection for breakfast. We stayed in one of the villas, and it was perfect for the family to be together. There was a bit of nearby construction, which we barely noticed, but otherwise it was a very quiet resort. The front desk was very helpful with anything that we needed.

    Ports of Call Jan 2026

Just spent one week here with a friend. This is a somewhat basic, small resort, however, it has everything you need. It is a few minutes walk from Grace Bay and a very large, well stocked grocery store, boutiques and restaurants. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Our room and all common areas were spotless at all times. The pool area was beautiful and never crowded. The buffet breakfast changed daily and included hot eggs and a hot protein (e.g. bacon or ham). The buffet was always well stocked and very clean. The front desk staff helpfully made several reservations for us.

    Good Family Resort

Last-minute trip with wife and two daughters. When you convert the Comically Overpriced to Incredibly Underwhelming Quality Ratio that is present across all resorts in T&C, this resort scores very high. Clean rooms, friendly service, plenty of parking. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was acceptable. Not directly on the beach, but just a walk across the street and they provide you with chairs and great service. Still a bit too expensive for what it is, but it’s all relative. If you want a cheap hotel, go to a different country. But if you want a good deal and you’re as enamored with Grace Bay as I am, this is the spot.

    A very nice Resort

States here 3 days and wonderful for me. Location is perfect, Beach, shops, supermarket and restaurants, within 5-10 min. I had a room with a balcony facing the pool. Perfect. The Ports of Call Resort has nice moderne rooms, the staff is very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is ok, bagels, scrambled eggs and bacon, fruit. Enough for me. Not the Ritz Carlton, but really nice place to stay in Grace Bay. The cleaning could be a little better, but all in all it worked out for me. I had a pleasent stay and will recommend it. Thank you Ports of Call Resort for a pleasent stay with you. Best regards from a Happy Guest from all the way from Dennark 🇩🇰😎🌴

MOLD INFESTED! Do NOT stay here if you care about your health!

Upon entering our room, it smelled heavily of must/mildew. We changed rooms to a "less smelly" room. The next day, after it rained, the smell became worse. We realized it was coming from the a/c unit, which apparently water was getting into and mold spores were blowing into the room. We immediately closed the a/c and had to endure being warm for the remainder of our stay. The shower door was also lined with mold as was the ceiling fan, which could not be turned off as it was connected to the light and mold spores constantly blowing in the bathroom. The shower pressure was very weak and we also suspected their could be mold in the shower head. I mentioned this at check-out & was given the asst manager's card. I emailed her and NO RESPONSE!! It is totally unacceptable to be subjected to this and they could care less. There was also drilling in the corridor when we would get back from the beach and could not relax. Outside the rooms are lamp posts which shine bright light into the room at night and hindered our sleep. We also twice saw a pack of pitbulls outside our window which woke us up in the middle of the night. The free breakfast was awful and we ended up eating elsewhere. They are stingy with towels, not leaving enough in the room & only giving you one beach towel. So many issues, I could go on but the MOLD issue is the worst and apparently not isolated to one room. We did not want to spend our short vacation constantly switching rooms as the other rooms also have the same issue and would be pointless, so we had to endure this. If you have respiratory issues, do not stay here or if you do not want to breathe in mold and get sick, do not stay here. Management is MIA and could care less. Yes it is a less expensive option but you get what you pay for & worse. Spend a little more & stay elsewhere if you do not want to jeopardize your health.
