Great value for the location. The walk to the beach is so easy and there were plenty of chairs and umbrellas to use at the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and I felt safe both at the resort and on the island in general. We were there when the resort wasn’t full/busy but it was quiet. The included breakfast was sufficient but there’s also so many great restaurants within a short walking distance. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Great location! Just across the street from Ritz Carlton!
We enjoyed our vacation! The hotel is small, clean and very close to the beach. Great location, many restaurants nearby and a supermarket where you can buy prepared food. Front desk Manager Agnieszka is very pleasant and helpful. She will go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable! We will definitely come back! Tomasz

The Price is Right- Affordable and Clean
This is our fourth time to this hotel, The rooms and breakfast area was totally renovated. Very clean and comfortable, walking distance to the beach, The staff are always smiling and willing to help (Reception,cleaning staff, kitchen staff and groundskeeper. I would totally recommend Ports of Call for your vacation to this beautiful island.

Never Disappointed at Ports of Call
This is our 5th time staying at Ports of Call. Great place to stay and central to all the shops and restaurants. Beautiful Grace Bay Beach is a 3 minute walk or you can take the shuttle provided. New Years fireworks on the beach is an experience not to be missed. Hotel staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and well kept with daily service. Continental Breakfast provided is fresh with a good variety of food choices for a light breakfast to start the day. Overall, great value for your dollar. The owners, Wendy & Dale, were onsite on a regular basis and were very pleasant to deal with and addressed any concerns. They also offered suggestions on where to eat and travel around the island. Looking forward to returning soon.

Amazing, friendly, good location, clean
Ports of Call resort is a fantastic property with extremely friendly staff. The business is family run and its shows, it is a really home feel from the second you walk in. We got to be there for the New Year’s Eve party which was well catered and very lively. I am back in Turks for my 7th time and will continue to come year after year. I highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting Turks and Caicos, it is located right at the heart of Grace Bay Beach with shopping and world class dining just steps from the hotel.
