Mar 31, 2026NICKEL AND DIMING FOR UNCLEAN ROOMS
There are resorts in Bermuda far better than the Pompano. The staff were friendly, but our room had food under the bed, a candy wrapper, and rusty water came out of the tub with some debris. Pompano charged us $50.50 per day for room cleaning (which i didnt realize until I checked out). They didnt clean the room once while I was there. They changed out our towels and made the bed. The tub remained a bit dirty, any sand on the floor remained, even cups of coffee we brought to the room remained until we took them out, so what the heck was I paying for? If I had realized they would charge $50.50 a day for housekeeping, I would have placed a do not disturb sign on my door, especially because-ai can't emphasize this enough- they DIDN'T CLEAN THE ROOM. Their inclusive package includes breakfast and dinner, but not drinks or transportation. Other resorts gave us unlimited beverages, unlimited bottled water, free transportation passes for the busses and ferries, and three meals a day. Other resorts also didnt charge me over $50 a day for room cleaning...and other resorts cleaned the room. Pompano ia in a great location, so it's only saving grace is the view.

Outstanding! I cannot say enough good things about Pompano Beach Club. The staff is by far the nicest and most helpful from anywhere we've stayed. We've been to Bermuda 6 times and Pompano is the best! The view is spectacular. The food is great and the value of including breakfast and dinner is unheard of! Bravo

Wonderful resort
Our third time here did not disappoint! The view of the water and sunsets from our room was exceptional. Food was delicious as usual. So wonderful seeing employees who have been there since our first trip 35 years ago! The Lamb family runs a wonderful resort with many return customers.

There is a lot commend this place. price is very reasonable by Bermuda standards. The hotel has good catering - recommend the meal plan, it is very good value, and the menu changes daily and is a good choice. Breakfast is good, usually served but occasionally a buffet. The decor is a little tired and in need of a refresh. Has a small private beach down steps. The standout feature is the staff, they were excellent, always friendly, very helpful. There is shuttle from reception to the bus stops - buses are a great way to get around Bermuda.
