I travel for business to LA frequently and exclusively stay at Plaza La Reina. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, very clean, with a great location, and most importantly it is quiet. In addition to all that the staff at the hotel are all amazing, but most especially a lady by the of Hina. I almost always arrive late at night and Hina is always there to greet me. She has always made my experience here great, it's one of the core reasons I stay at PLR every time I'm in town.

Unique Plaza
I stay at beautiful Plaza every time I go to LA. The place is nice, comfortable and reasonably quiet. The front dest receptionist, Hina is great. She’s friendly, welcoming and well trained. She makes sure I have everything in my room and my room is comfortable enough for me. Thank you so much Hina.

Hidden gem!
This place is a hidden gem. I loved it so much words can’t describe it. Heina was so kind and helpful. Highly recommended. Location is unbeatable. Room is wide and very well designed. I love little high quality touches like Etro shampoos and other condiments. I even had washer dryer in my room. Highly recommended!

Great experience and friendly concierge.
I had reservations for five days in three different rooms. Heina is very friendly, professional and helpful. She went above and beyond in helping me arranging the accommodation so that I can stay in the same room for the five days. I found that she was very helpful. The room is clean and I would definitely recommend my friends to stay at this hotel.

COZY ITALIANATE BOUTIQUE VILLA WITH OLD WORLD QUALITIES AND LATEST COMFORTS, OPEN SPACES & CHARMING CONCIERGERIE
A cozy and quiet European-style boutique with dark classic solid wood furnitures and hand carved antique wooden chests adorn each floor’s elevator lobby. We were warmly welcomed by Troy, the Concierge who, along with several adept and pleasant colleagues, helped us cheerfully and continuously pointing out places to dine and enjoy. Philippe, the General Manager, inquired about our well-being and preferences almost daily and whenever we met. There is a courtyard on the second floor with ceramic and hand-painted tile and a water fountain which gurgles and splashes happily spreading its sound up the atrium to floors above. Step through the wrought iron gates to descent an open staircase fanning out to the sidewalk below. A tasteful and elegant entrance “Spanish Steps a la Roma!” The open air corridors wind between the rooms on each floor. These tiled floors offer light and charming views of Westwood. The hotel is in the heart of Westwood next to the free admission Hammer Art Museum. Facing the hotel are Persian, Mexican, Chinese and Italian restaurants. Five minutes walk to UCLA, ten minutes drive to Beverly Hills, or Santa Monica, 20 minutes to the Getty Museum. We had booked for a week but stayed for 31 nights!
