Nov 18, 2025Beware worst place I’ve ever been too !
Worst hotel I’ve seen in my life. They put me in a room that was being renovated and had no furniture but a bed and a tv . Nothing on the walls, no chairs. The pesticide smell was so bad you could see fog hanging from the ceiling. They sent me to another room that smelled even worse with a double queen instead of the king I had reserved. Then told me I could go look at another king room but couldn’t guarantee there would be furniture in that one either because they didn’t have a list of rooms being worked on. They will not answer to phone calls or emails . I walked out canceled my reservation and nobody will answer to try and be refunded. The lady at the front desk when I was there said she wasn’t authorized to do anything and I would have to call back to speak to a manager. Trying for 3 days no response from phone or email.

Do Not Stay Book
This might have been nice hotel in the mid 80s, but now it is a complete DUMP. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was doing everything they could with the outdated computers and card systems. However, check in was almost an hour. We would have left, but we arrived at midnight. After finally getting a room around 1 am, we walked down a dingy, dark hall with damage at almost every door and along all the trim. Thinking it couldn’t get worse, we were proven wrong when we entered the room! The safety latch on the door was broken, the room was dingy, the bathroom was dirty and moldy, the “blackout curtains” were a very thin blind with parking lot lights shining through, and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. I will say the vinyl floors were decent. (The highlight of the stay) We decided we’d stay the night and leave in the morning. Sadly, the “quiet hours” are nonexistent and the loud music from the room next to ours lasted from 2 am until 6 am when our neighbors finished their loud sexual/musical adventure. The walls are so thin we heard our neighbors discussing needing a cigarette- which caused another round of smoke smell. We had enough and left by 6:30 am. Do yourself a favor and Do Not stay here.

It had its pros and cons
This hotel is heading in the right direction but it’s not there yet. During my stay at this hotel I can say the staff is great. The manager does way too much and uses his personal feelings to disrespect guests and abuse authority and moves around like he does illegal substances. The rooms on the 1st floor are decent, it’s beautiful when you first walk in but it’s obviously a cover up. He only lets certain people stay on that floor from what I was able to tell and I was not one of them. The tiki bar is gorgeous I love the lights and the whole image but I would never go there to enjoy myself. The pool and bar is always empty, they don’t sell any alcohol beverages besides high priced beer and wine because of no alcohol license plus the food is store bought basic hamburgers and hotdogs on the grill. The bar tender is friendly but the cook seems to over do everything I’ve seen her working everywhere in the hotel like they have no other employees. They’re false advertising by telling people to leave 5 star reviews for the hotel or the bar just for half off on food that’s not worth the time or money. I can’t wait to see this hotel thrive more but I’ve never seen this hotel this empty ever at least the last manager kept up business. I see a lot of minor changes with over priced surcharges and deposits. You can get 1 night without giving the hotel over 300 dollars just for the manager to decide who to throw out and who deposit to keep whenever he wants. I would recommend this hotel only for staff and a quick stay if needed but it’s not worth what they make it seem. Rooms smell, only one exit, no smoking and you can smoke even at the fancier hotels at least outside, there’s always something broken and the newest things are the beds tvs and blinds with NO HOT WATER. I’ve been to better. Their literally just painting over things giving no choices of rooms and the manager spends too much time with the women from the gift store in the lobby that has a million jobs, I’ve even seen her in the breakfast room that they’re also charging for after charging so much to stay. If you ask me I’ll guess from my line of work that the new manager has spent too much money on nothing that isn’t paying off and he’s trying every way possible to make up the money and put on a cover trying to seem like he’s making money rather than losing it but clearly from the emptiness of everything there he’s doing a horrible job at actually running the business.

BEWARE. Do NOT stay!
DO NOT STAY HERE. Terrible front desk. Have to get towels from them and $40 if not returned. Restaurant is closed. Smells funky. Long scary walk to room saw multiple people staggering. Several room doors unlatched. All pictures on site must be at least a decade old. Bathrooom had no mirror, Disgusting tub. No toiletries. I simply left. After what i saw and heard looked up found numerous articles of citations for prostitution and drugs on property. BEWARE!

Worst hotel EVER!!!!!
This place is horrible! Customer Service or front desk has no respect for people who pay their salaries... The staff is ghetto !! The place smells BAD! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! rooms have no amenities!! Roaches everywhere! Complete opposite of whats being showed online!!
