Oct 30, 2023Very disappointing and overpriced accommodation.
Very over priced accommodation, stayed for 6 nights (total price of 2100 USD) without house cleaning as the policy about house cleaning turned out to be only after 7 nights or more. After serveral complaints plus talk to manager we were “rewarded” with house cleaning once. Besides this we were put in a not yet remodeled accommodation, worn out apartment with kitchen cabinets from the sixties plus damaged walls….. not quite the accommodation you expect for this amount of money 🤬

Great place for a stay. The beach isn’t a great place for swimming, but the view is spectacular! The hale had everything we needed. Be aware of the hot tub though! It was extremely over chlorinated!!!

The worst place I have ever stayed at. Entered the room and the television, telephone and remote controls did not work. Went to the front desk and was told that no one can come out to respond to the issues until the next day. I asked to get a timeframe as to when someone was going to come out and they said, “ sometime tomorrow “. Stay away from this place

Broken door lock!!
I should've know what we were getting into to the minute we pulled up to the property and saw three old, rusting and dismantled golf carts on the lawn next to the reception building. The property is comprised of several two-story buildings, some units are privately owned and either owner-occupied or privately rented out. I was unaware of this when I booked the reservation, it appeared as a hotel-type property, when I booked through a third party hotel site. The buildings are old and last saw serious maintenance years ago. The lock on the unit was inoperable, it was an electronic lock and clearly the locking mechanism was not working. We could not get into the room Went to the front desk to inquire about changing rooms, was told this was the last room available. Room key was reprogramed with the same result. Security was called and apparently all you had to do to open the door was push down on the handle and give the door a good push, the locking mechanism did not work at all!! We stayed the night despite the lock because of our late arrival there were no other hotel accommodations available. We made sure to barricade the front door and lock the bedroom door. This could be a charming place to stay especially for a family if it was better cared for. The unit has a full kitchen, and pull out sofa, which looked tired, worm and bacteria-laden. The carpet also was quite scary. Otherwise the room looked tidy. Needless to say we left early the next morning and found other accommodations. I would not stay here again, I felt unsafe.

nice spacious room in great location
Stayed here as part of my trip in mid-July for a day. It's located conveniently next to a shopping center with plenty of restaurants and shops, as well as other hotels and resorts. it's also walking distance to the beach and it has multiple pools. My room was spacious with a separate bedroom from the living room, kitchen, and dining. Staff are friendly, room and location are great - highly recommend.
