Xavier Joaquin and Edson at Flowrider help our kids a lot , They took the time to teach them and show them skills, The resort was very good the food and all the entertainment Will definitely

Best resort!
We’re absolutely loving our time here! Our butlers Juan and Trinidad are wonderful! Our tour guys Diego & Alexis are the best! The staff is all around great! Shout out to the super nice ladies Frehissy and Emily! I’m missing many other names but overall extremely satisfied with our stay! Definitely worth coming!

Our family trip to Planet Hollywood Cancun
I would like to personally thank our butlers Javi and Mafer for making our time at plant Hollywood amazing from greeting us every morning to letting us know what is going on at the resort everyday and also if there was any issue it was take care of quickly. Thank you Javi for arranging the football game on the big screen in the square for my husband to watch! You make his day! Thank you Mafer for being there on our first day and making sure our check in and explaining what we needed to know and answering our many questions! A shout out to Leo in our lobby for making our coffee every morning and with a great smile ! To the gentleman who was there every morning to help with the chairs and got us our towels! He takes a bus every morning to be at the resort before 6 to make as many people happy sorry I forgot your name! Great resort great food and wonderful staff!

Stayed in a Star Class Swim out, did not swim out not once! The building we stayed did not get much sun which made the water kinda cold in the swim out. The pools were great!! Lots of entertainment. Prefered the Star Class pool because there was always seating for Prime Members. People are savages when it comes to claiming pool chairs...you'll have to get up early and put a towel down no later than 7am, if you wanted chairs in the family pool. The food was "meh", it was almost the exact same thing everyday. Some of the restaurants were serving things we found in the buffet. The So-Cal buffet never really switched up the variety but we didn't have other choices to pick from since it was so hard to get reservations that weren't at 9pm for a family of 8. Our butlers were awesome!! Molly and Laura made sure my daughter's room was fixed up for her 18th Birthday and she loved it!!! Thanks again ladies!!! Only negative experience was the little stomach virus my daughter and I got the second day here...good thing our room was very close to the pools LOL!!! Overall the night activities were very entertaining!! These dancers are at professional level!! The room itself was okay, it got very humid and cold. My butler Molly got us a de-humidifier and that did the trick nicely!!! Water pressure was very poor if you wanted a hot shower, but otherwise it was okay. Staff were very friendly and willing to assist!!

Birthday/ anniversary get away
Had a nice time! Our butlers Chris and Javier did an outstanding job! Room was fantastic. Food was good, service was great! Hope to come back in the future
