Terrible experience to spend $15,000.00 only to find out that you don't get a pool lounger all week, and ever restaurant you have to wait and wait. Staff was nice, that was the only highlight. The joke around the resort was that you had to play "hunger Games" for a lounger every day! I will not return. To add the Nexus Driver "from Hell" drove like an idiot on the way back to the airport...not cool...our safety was at risk!!!

Return trip, star-class, Prime travellers. Great return visit at PH. For us, the beach & amenities (volleyball, basketball, pickleball, tennis) are the best parts of the resort & really ideal for our family with two very active teenagers (13/15). Most staff were extremely helpful, but the following stood out for us: Roger, Alexis & Morales (at SoCal, Roger moved to Shores during our stay), Rudolfo & Abner at (Gusto…both just outstanding), and Uriel at Teppenyaki. Additionally, lifeguard Marvin & housekeeper Pacheco (Jurassic Splash Pad) went above & beyond to take care of our daughter when she cut her toe. We really appreciated their care. Last, but not least, a big thanks to our exceptional butlers Ignacio & James, who worked very hard every day to ensure that everything went smoothly & we were able to relax. The beach butlers were helpful at times, but the overall (family-side) star class pool chair/beach bed/towel situation could use improvement. The balcony views are fantastic, rooms are nice enough, but could use an update & restocking the mini bar with water was a challenge at times. The on-site photographers (Mariana in particular), are wonderful & we left with some lovely family photos with no sitting fee. All & all, a great visit.

Our vacation with our granddaughters
It’s been almost 27 years since we have travelled to Mexico. We are both retired and look forward to vacationing frequently to escape the cold and snowy winters that we live in. We really had no intention of going to Mexico, but since our granddaughters were going to be there for the March break they convinced us to join them and we did. We are both glad with our decision because we had an amazing two weeks vacation at this beautiful resort. The food, the restaurants, staff and service were excellent, and special thanks to Santiago, our butler during our stay. Would we return? ABSOLUTELY

We are here right now and one thing I can say is the customer service is terrible. It took them an hr to get us checked in. Everyone that came before us or after us was done and we were still being checked in. We had 2 rooms and asked if we could get them on the same floor or side by side since we had a baby in one of the rooms and needed to help out but they could not accommodate us. We tried calling many times before our trip to request rooms on the same floor but no one ever answered the phone so ultimately we had rooms on 2 different floors. No one in the concierge is willing to help with anything. We tried to make dinner reservations but they just direct you to the app. We wanted some earlier times because of the baby but again no one is willing to assist. All the concierge does is try to sell you excursions. One night we asked for sheets, a blanket and a pillow for the sofa bed. After these were dropped off, I asked the lady from housekeeping for an additional blanket and pillow but she never returned. Another day, we tried to order food at the burger joint after being at the pool but we were told we can’t order since weren’t dry. Are you serious? We’re at a beach resort and it’s not like we were completely wet. Overall a frustrating experience and probably not a resort we would go back to again.

I would go back
Very family friendly resort. Plenty of entertainment and restaurants to choose from. connect to the resorts, free wifi as soon as possible And book reservations to restaurants As soon as possible as they fill fast. The staff are all very friendly and the food is very good. The price is very fair 👌
