We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Always lots to do and lots of fun. The icing on the cake was our Butler Javier. He was so helpful with lots of information, good sense of humour, arranged our dinners and even arranged a delivery from the pharmacy for us. He was the perfect host. I would have brought him home with us if we could.

Our butlers Victor and Fanny took great care of the family. Our pool guy Tomas was the best every day! The views were amazing and the weather perfect.

Overall made an amazing spring break!
My favorite restaurant was Teppanyaki, the chef was phenomenal and brought out good energy while we ate. The entertainment was amazing and brought a lot of fun to our trip, the entertainment staff like Rain and Jose were always interacting with us and playing games like tequila volleyball and tic tac toe. The hotel staff was excellent and constantly on top of our room condition and making sure we had everything we needed. The location is beautiful and has a good atmosphere in PH.

Amazing vacation
My favorite restaurant was the Catch the waiter was very good and accommodating. The family style fish and lamb was a new and exciting experience. I had an amazing time at Adult pool my favorite activity was the macho man competition were we watched my friends compete against the activities team, specifically Pepe, while Rain and bacon announced and showed what the competition was about.

Amazing Service
I was on PH since 1st of march and had the best experience with the entertainers at the pool and around the resort. They hire quality a entertainment who love their job and do an amazing job interacting with everyone at the resort and providing a wonderful time especially with Rain and Jose.
