We had an amazing stay at Planet Hollywood – everything was fantastic from the resort to the food and atmosphere. A huge thank you to our butlers Edwar and Angel, who were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond, and to the wonderful pool staff Nealy and Roger for their friendliness and great service. They all truly made our stay extra special. Highly recommend

It all started with a warm welcome
Wow, it was a wonderful trip! We were warmly welcomed by our butler, Frank. He took the time to explain everything that worked at the hotel and what was included in our Star Class package, including the hydrotherapy, which he booked for us. He also made our restaurant reservations for us, according to our requests. Victor also took over when Frank was away and was just as efficient. They make a great team. This allowed us to have an easy and hassle-free stay. Every day he made sure everything was in order. We had a problem with our safe, and it was all sorted out in 15 minutes by contacting our butlers. The Star Class pool was clean and the water was warm. Marco at the pool bar was perfect, very efficient, and funny. The hotel was full, so pool chairs were harder to get. The beach was clean and well-maintained; we had a lot of fun there. Great hotel for families, and I hope you get Frank and Victor as your butlers! 😁😉

We experienced a few teething problems after check-in, but Aracely, the Duty Manager, was exceptional. She took complete ownership of our issues, resolved them fully, and genuinely went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. This level of customer service and care is rare and deserves the highest praise. Thank you, Aracely, from the Bains family!

Hotel Security & staff are wonderful.
SAVED!!!! By Elizabeth, Head of Security at Planet Hollywood. I imagined the rest of my trip was ruined after misplacing my. cellphone. Security, concierge & staff were helpful & reassuring. Cellphone tracked down & returned. Thank you, Elizabeth. Aside from my forgetfulness, we’re having a great trip! Great meals, drinks, pool time, fun staff, and the shoreline at sunset is out of a movie scene!
