Everything about the resort was great! Rooms were good, Victor and Frank were amazing butlers! I would highly recommend them.

Planet Hollywood
We read some mixed reviews on social media before arriving. Some good and some bad. I’ll tell you, all the bad that folks were saying were ridiculous. There was not a single thing that we could complain about. From the moment we arrived, the service from the entire staff was phenomenal. Frank and Victor are beyond exceptional at their job and take a lot of pride in taking care of you and making you feel at home.

Good experience overall. Best Butlers in Edwar and Angel! They made the trip. The resort is beautiful but the entertainment options and food are just OK. The rooms and resort spaces were kept very clean.

Amazing time at planet hollywood, stayed at hilton previously and much prefer this resort!! Special shoutout to Rodrigo in the scene bar who was so nice and helpful, he went above and beyond for us!
