Overall a decent resort. Restaurants were great, buffet just ok. Definitely it’s a must to have star here. Butlers Angel and Edwar were the best. They scheduled all our dinners, arranged our morning coffee (very long wait at coffee shop) . Very fast drink service at the bars. Star breakfast buffet had the best wait staff! Also our waiter at the Indian restaurant was so good!

Best Mixologist Ever.
Excellent knowledge of all the drinks. Great Mixologist with wonderful ideas! Made our group over 10 different drinks to try.. such a fun experience!

Family Christmas Vacation
We had a fantastic time as a family at Planet Hollywood Cancún. The amenities for the kids were fantastic, as well as the food and drinks. We had a great time having dinner in our room after a long excursion day. We had a mixologist, Alex, make us delicious drinks - and a great mixing show. Definitely recommend.

Holiday of a lifetime!!!
What can I say!! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like stars!! After a thorough check in, we were introduced to Jerry and later, Yomelly. These guys are incredible!! You can tell they actually love their job and are so committed to providing a special service for their guests. And when I proposed to my now fiance, WOW!!! We had a lovely surprise waiting for us in our room. We can't thank you guys enough for making our holiday and engagement feel very special. Come to Planet Hollywood, Cancun people!! You won't regret it!! And if you have Jerry and Yomelly as your butlers, you'll have the holiday of a lifetime!!!
