  Friendly staff a happy ending to an unfortunate situation

  I am 73 years old after traveling from New York to Phoenix on the Thanksgiving holiday I was exhausted I also have a 50-year-old disabled son! my original reservation was for the Hilton in Chandler. I had advised them via phone that I would be one day late as there was problems at the airport ! when I attempted to check in on that Friday. The manager advised me that my reservation was canceled and I would have to go to Hotels.com for my. Refund But that I would have to do a whole new reservation. I was upset and said oh my goodness are you telling me that I can’t stay here on that reservation? He advised me I could not I said this is ridiculous. I’ve already paid for my room and now I have to pay again. Someone will hear about this. He immediately snapped back. You must leave now. I said excuse me you’re telling me that I need to leave with my luggage and my son and have nowhere to stay. He said that’s right. So i went outside. I could see him through the window laughing. I found a room at the Marriott thank God it was the most wonderful experience ever. The front desk understood how upset I was and actually upgraded my room and gave us free breakfast for both of us!! Happy staff ! Comfortable room ! Great experience! after leaving the hotel. And arriving home I found that I was missing my jewelry. I immediately called Lost and Found and was advised by Mr. Bustamonte that it hadn’t been turned in or found ! two days later I received a call that him might have found my jewelry we FaceTime and I must add at 73. I’m not very savvy on the computer. He was both patient and understanding and helped me navigate thru the red tape! Must admit upset with the Hilton but so much happier at the Marriott and I will be ever so grateful to Mr. Bustamonte for actually taking the time and following up on my jewelry until it arrived safely in my hands again thank you so much. Marriott is very lucky to have.

  We had a group business trip, and everyone enjoyed their stay. The location included a restaurant and had other restaurants near by, which was convenient. Also, guest services were quick to resolve any issues with the room.

  Anniversary Surprise!

  When checking in, we mentioned it was our anniversary. Kristen wished us happy anniversary and also took the time to make a beautiful handmade card for us with a very touching note. It made our anniversary more special and we so appreciate the fact that Kristen went above and beyond. Excellent staff and hotel!

  Loved Our Stay - Excellent Service and Facilities

  The staff at the check-in desk were very friendly and welcoming. Alma assisted us during check-in and took the time to explain the hotel’s various amenities. She also made excellent recommendations for breakfast options. We decided to purchase the daily pass, which gave us access to the Club Lounge - offering a buffet breakfast in the morning and refreshments like water, juice, yogurt, and coffee throughout the day. Our room was clean, comfortable, and located on a high floor, just as we had requested. I also appreciated being able to use the gym during our stay - it was well-equipped and made for a great workout. There was plenty of parking available as well. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chandler.

  Excellent Hotel

  I consistently have such a wonderful experience at this hotel. I stay here for business at least once a month. Staff are like family. They are so warm and welcoming. Anna and Alma at the front desk are so sweet and kind. They are truly the soul of this hotel. Alex and Skylar have been very helpful as well. Always welcoming, greetings with a smile :) Thank you all for providing excellent customer service making me feel home every time I come here. Rooms are quiet and beds are very comfortable.
