  Starting to need maintenance

  We stayed here while visiting family in Chandler, so the location was perfect for our needs. This hotel is a few years old & is starting to need maintenance. One night, we could not get into our room. They had to call maintenance to fix the door lock. The front desk told us to use the phone next to the elevator to call the front desk if we couldn't get into our room with the new keys that were made. We tried calling, but no one answered the first time. We tried again & let it ring a long time. Someone finally picked up & I let them know that the new key cards didn't work. The shower water temperature was psychotic, and the spray nozzle was stuck on high. 2 separate maintenance calls were done for those issues. They replaced parts on both & fixed the issue. The room overall was spacious. I was able to hear people in the hallway. The elevators were very slow. We didn't use any of the amenities here, so I can't speak to those. There was a small bar area.

  Good business choice

  Decent 3 nights stay on business. Service excellent. Room had everything you needed and room service breakfast, gym very good. Would recommend.

  Great Stay, M Club Lounge & Friendly Employees

  Just completed a stay at this property. Greeted by the friendly and capable Anna at check in. She is a joy and very welcoming. Checkout was in the morning with Franklin. He was both accommodating and informative. Elite lounge was well stocked and roomy. The fireplace was a bonus! Rooms are clean and parking is free.

  Friendly staff a happy ending to an unfortunate situation

  I am 73 years old after traveling from New York to Phoenix on the Thanksgiving holiday I was exhausted I also have a 50-year-old disabled son! my original reservation was for the Hilton in Chandler. I had advised them via phone that I would be one day late as there was problems at the airport ! when I attempted to check in on that Friday. The manager advised me that my reservation was canceled and I would have to go to Hotels.com for my. Refund But that I would have to do a whole new reservation. I was upset and said oh my goodness are you telling me that I can’t stay here on that reservation? He advised me I could not I said this is ridiculous. I’ve already paid for my room and now I have to pay again. Someone will hear about this. He immediately snapped back. You must leave now. I said excuse me you’re telling me that I need to leave with my luggage and my son and have nowhere to stay. He said that’s right. So i went outside. I could see him through the window laughing. I found a room at the Marriott thank God it was the most wonderful experience ever. The front desk understood how upset I was and actually upgraded my room and gave us free breakfast for both of us!! Happy staff ! Comfortable room ! Great experience! after leaving the hotel. And arriving home I found that I was missing my jewelry. I immediately called Lost and Found and was advised by Mr. Bustamonte that it hadn’t been turned in or found ! two days later I received a call that him might have found my jewelry we FaceTime and I must add at 73. I’m not very savvy on the computer. He was both patient and understanding and helped me navigate thru the red tape! Must admit upset with the Hilton but so much happier at the Marriott and I will be ever so grateful to Mr. Bustamonte for actually taking the time and following up on my jewelry until it arrived safely in my hands again thank you so much. Marriott is very lucky to have.

  We had a group business trip, and everyone enjoyed their stay. The location included a restaurant and had other restaurants near by, which was convenient. Also, guest services were quick to resolve any issues with the room.
