Mar 28, 2026Spotless, Polite and Service with a Smile!!!
The location is great! Nani is absolutely amazing, and the facility is clean, like what you would expect from a Japanese-inspired hotel. We had supposedly booked a three-star hotel on our Chase Reserve card that looked great online, but in person, it was absolutely horrendous. It wouldn't even be suitable to consider itself a Motel 6, let alone a hotel on Waikiki Beach. Nani helped us out with two rooms immediately and saved our secondary vacation. This place is absolutely amazing; everything is clean, and people are kind and courteous. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your property.

Cleanliness 1 Noise level 2 Amenities 1 Service 3 Rooms 1 Atmosphere 4 Location 5 Value 4 Some of the front counter stuff 5 some need to find a job they would enjoy and stop ruining customers day.

Great location! Never book a standard room. Specially nr 1003. No ventilation at all. Window cannot be opened ! Resort fee are ridiculous high for no service at all. There is a pool, which is not even a pool. 30 feet x 12 feet. That’s it. It’s your choice. Location wise a **** , but it should be banned as a hotel in this city.

Amazing experience overall
The location is perfect and so close to a lot of major stores, restaurants and the beach. Having the extra free offers like access to beach rentals like chairs, umbrella’s, surf/boogie boards has been super convenient. Love the atmosphere it’s always so clean and well kept, we booked the junior suite for 2-3 weeks and it’s been amazing here. The pool is a nice size to accommodate the guest. Front desk and valet team are always so welcoming. I can honestly say what we paid for has definitely been more than worth the value. I highly recommend the Romer house to all and everyone

Nice location
The hotel it self is nice, beautiful location near a lot of food and shopping.
