Dec 31, 2025Nice property, but…
The property is lovely. Relaxing pools, and grounds are inviting. We stayed in a two bedroom/two bath suite with our adult daughter and the space was perfect. Sadly, the carpet was dingy, ragged, and felt dirty. The sofa in the living room was very grungy and stained. The shower head in the primary was inadequate. Bedding was very comfortable and we all slept well. The Grove was a very pleasant bar - great service. Especially, Marcus! He made our day, everyday! The pools were very nice. The shuttle was as advertised. If you Uber, the vehicle will pick you up in less than a minute - every trip. If we were to return, I would definitely book a waterfront unit. They looked to be cared for, rather than ours.

Relaxing tropical setting
Calming resort serves as perfect home-base retreat to all Key West adventures. Action of Duvall and the sights of the seaport and beaches are close enough and accessible via convenient hotel shuttle. Food and drinks at The Grove on property are good and atmosphere is lovely. The 4 pools provides ample choices for the vibes you’re looking for.

Great stay at the Parriott Key Hotel. The staff was outstanding across the board. Huge shout-out to Kate and her team at The Grove for great food, drinks, and awesome service. Every server and bartender was friendly and attentive. Thanks also to Ashley at check-in for making sure we got a room in our favorite part of the resort — much appreciated. Perfect location with tons of amenities, and still close to Duval Street. We’ll definitely be back.

Would never go back. Charged so many extra fees (beyond what was listed in the reservation)...especially for stuff that we will never use...that it was a maddening and frustrating start to our vacation. We moved hotels as we don't enjoy being lied to or ripped off.

Laid Back, Low Key Resort
Overall the resort was great! Beautiful, clean, and kind staff. Not sure if occupancy was just low but it was very quiet at the pools and on the waterfront beach area. We booked a King Guestroom with a Waterfront view and enjoyed the late checkout. I appreciated that the pools were heated, as it greatly enhanced the value of our stay since some of the days were borderline for pool weather otherwise. The shuttle is also a good option since the resort location is a bit away from the action on Duval Street. There are limited options around the resort but we really enjoyed Habaneros, a Cuban restaurant, across the street for grab and go breakfast and lunch when we wanted to hang out at the resort. It seems that this resort may have been more upscale at one point but has become more laid back. It’s advertised that you can order food and drink poolside but this was not available and no staff came to service us while at any of the pools throughout all the days of our stay. Although a gentleman is always posted in front for valet, no one will help with your bags which seems odd for a 4 star resort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and would consider returning!
