Mar 07, 2026Fun trip with friends. But they are losing the Americans and Canadians.
The place is clean, we,ve had to argue about our room in the past in Mexico. Not this time. I got the ocean view with the king bed we asked for. Our room was cleaned daily. We had a fun time. The pool guy does take requests for music, and does a nice mix of English music and Spanish music. The pool guy Daniel was fun, the others don’t speak English. Every day when announcing the events, it was only in Spanish. They did something they call crazy game every day. But I didn’t know what it was til I saw it happen. I had a guy that I think had an office, not sure but I think he was a higher up Jorge who checked on us daily to see if he could do anything to make our experience better. He was very helpful and he got us reservations at Rossy’s and set up a van for 8 of us to get back to the airport. I also want to mention gueillma not sure the spelling is correct, but she took care of us for breakfast. Always got us mimosa’s. The lunch hut Alexander was a great kid, spoke English and threw fresh fries in whenever I came to the snack shack. My only real complaint was I didn’t know what was going on at the pool. And too many kids were sitting at the pool bar, even though there is a clear sign that says nobody under 18 they don’t enforce it.

Overall a very good experience at this resort. Great staff, good food, clean throughout the resort. No complaints!

Service and atmosphere was great. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, the food was not.. Absolutely the worst food I’ve had at an all inclusive resort,, much like the sister resort in Cozumel. We will not be going back to either of them again

Octogenarian Family Get-away
We were a family group of five and one friend in our mid-eighties. Hotel configuration worked well for us as did all inclusive. And value with Royal Holiday program was good. Negatives were having to get up early to reserve poolside chairs; beach access was not possible for three of us due to stairs. Food was excellent in one location and very poor in the others. Service was incredibly friendly and helpful, making for a very pleasant stay in spite of some challenges for our age group. Overall, a very positive experience.
