Dec 12, 2025Smooth, Easy, and Enjoyable Stay at Park MGM
I had a great stay at Park MGM! We were in town for the Mariah Carey concert, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were super easy with the electronic system,no waiting, no hassle. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and has such a relaxed vibe. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. I also loved the food selection on property; there were plenty of options and everything we tried was delicious. Overall, Park MGM made our trip even better. I’d definitely stay here again.

One of the best properties in Las Vegas
Non-Smoking property is fantastic, friendly and helpful staff, great restaurants,(don't miss the brunch at Primrose, Eataly is an experience of it's own), enjoyed playing cards with good dealers who made it fun at the casino. The spa experience, facial for my wife and pedi for myself was worth every penny! We have experienced Vegas many times, but this last stay of 4 nights was one of the best. we will try the Nomad next time.

Great location to many things! Totally love the vibe at Park MGM, the rooms are large and super clean! The noise level in the rooms are so quiet and you don't feel like you are in Las Vegas, the staff are so friendly and always eager to help you when needed! There was every amenities you will need! Thank you Park MGM!

I have stayed at the park MGM hummer times. It is usually my go to hotel when I go to Vegas, which is quite a bit. This visit was the worst visit I’ve had in Vegas. I hit platinum while I was there this trip, and no one went above and beyond like they did when I hit gold at the same hotel. I talked to the VIP host erik, and he said they would send up champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, they never were sent. I explained to him that my house never returns. My emails and I have missed a slot tournament because of that. I heard she is super nice, but I asked for a new host and he told me to give her another try. Which I agree a second chance is great, but this would be like my third or fourth time trying to reach out to her and not hearing back from her. House Keeping didn’t show up one of the days and the MGM counter were not friendly. I don’t know that I will stay at the park again, unless I were to get a call and they wanna try and make things right. I was just extremely disappointed

Hotel is ideally situated on the strip with easy access via monorail to Bellagio and other casinos Our room was incredibly spacious Large bed with lovely bedding The resort fee which is basically free internet is exorbitant There is no coffee or tea in the room So if you are looking for your morning fix You need to go downstairs and queue at Starbucks
