Great property, but...
My wife and I have stayed here on 3 different occasions for concerts. We love the property,.. it's clean, easy self check in and out, Eataly is great, staff is great also, rooms are good also, BUT THE AC SYSTEM IN THE ROOMS IS A JOKE!! We stayed 3 nights this past week and 2 other stays in the last 6 years. We set the a/c to the lowest setting.. 65° and the room temp never got below 72°. It's quite uncomfortable, especially with temps in the low 80s for 4 days. The air flow for the one vent was just above a whisper. We are from the South with 70 percent humidity, and we are accustomed to 🥵. This is why I travel with a small portable fan now because all Hotels seem to limit their customers ability to control room temperature, which takes away from paying for a service that should be a given with any Hotel/ Resort stay. The customer should not have to ASK to be comfortable in their room..shouldn't that come along with the stay and experience at the property!

Amazing bar staff
I would like to thank the bar staff at the following locations: the center bar in the casino, Primrose, Best Friends and Bavette’s. They were incredibly friendly, wonderfully attentive and most welcoming! Thank you Chester, Michael, Young, Ladonna, Ngoc, Stephen and everyone at Best Friends.

Elevators are awful
It was a lovely hotel with a few flaws. There were only a few breakfast places and with such a large hotel, the lines were horrific. We were on the 25th floor and even though they separate the elevators by floor, there was still an awful wait...think cruise ship only worse because no one wants to walk up or down 25 flights of stairs. Heading to breakfast on our last day there took 10 minutes for the elevator and it was just over that when we needed to leave to check out. For such a large hotel, they only have the capacity to check in/out 4 parties at a time. That was a shock to us, especially after seeing many other LV hotels with well over a dozen check in areas. Though not fully an issue by the hotel, we did leave at one point in our rental and when we came back, the main roads around the hotel were closed for "an event" at the T-Mobile Arena...the event was a weigh-in, seemed absolutely absurd to us, and there was no notification anywhere, just police blocking the road.

A Motel 6 In Disguise
If it weren’t for the photos on the wall in the room, you would think that you checked into a Motel 6. Spartan is a kind word for a room with no drawers to put your clothes in (so you’re literally living out of your suitcase) no refrigerator in the room and not even a single plastic cup to rinse your mouth out after brushing your teeth. The towels are like sandpaper, you don’t even get an ice bucket and for $200 a night, this is one place to never come back to.
