The immediate outside of our room (corridor) had some extremely foul, bad, suffocating, eyes burning odor/smell the whole afternoon/night of 12/21 - we were unable to sleep or even breath! We had trouble breathing let alone sleep. Might need to see doctors for treatment! You even put a commercial fan outside of your Authorized Personnel room near 22227 but we suffered all day and night!!! that's not appropriate to treat any guest let alone a loyal member.

The Park MGM is a non smoking facility which is rare in Vegas. The accessibility to the entrance is easy and walking to nearby activities is convenient. The rewards program is excellent!

The room was spacious and offered a great view of the strip. I also loved the colors and the up-to-date decor. The restaurant choices were good for lunch/dinner

Park MGM is one of the best places to stay on the Strip and Non-Smoking!
The Park MGM, one of the few totally non-smoking hotels on the strip is a great place to stay! Their regular king-bed rooms are nice but have very little storage; highly suggest upgrading to a suite, which has so much more room and a walk-in closet, 2 TV's, a couch, wet bar and refrigerator. It's not a lot more and definitely worth it. Eataly is a definite draw, offering many different foods at all times of the day! The only thing we would criticize is the $50 per night Resort Fee and the difficulty getting out of the parking garage. Make sure to use the same key you used when arriving at the garage when you leave; otherwise you will have issues.
