Advisory Cardholder funds released after checkout may take up to 7 business days to become available for guests with domestic banks and up to 30 days for guests with international banks. Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization upon check-in for incidentals, this will place a hold on your funds. If you don’t provide a credit/debit card, a cash deposit is required upon check-in for incidentals. Please check with hotel for daily incidental fees/security deposits.

No smoking allowed in the casino, convention center, restaurants and bars, hotel rooms, corridors, or common areas, including resort pools.

Convention Policy - Convention attendees cannot not book this property for their convention stay, they must book through the proper convention source. Convention attendees that violate this policy will be responsible for paying any higher rates and may not be eligible for any promotional offerings.

Pet Policy

Dog-Friendly Fee applies as follows:
• Dogs are the only animal allowed.
• There is a mandatory dog friendly fee of [$100.00 per night, per dog] for rooms and [$150.00 per night, per dog] for suites. These fees will be applied to your folio and payable directly to the hotel at time of checkout.
• Up to two dogs are allowed, with a maximum combined weight of less than 100 pounds.
• A second dog fee will be charged at check-in if bringing two dogs.
• Due to health code regulations, dogs (except for service dogs) are not allowed in public areas including, but not limited to: any food and beverage outlets, the Spa, or pool areas, except as passing through.
• Dogs are permitted in hotel rooms, suites, and the designated outdoor locations.

    Great stay!

    We loved everything about our stay at Park MGM. We enjoyed Eatily so much! Our room was great, with very comfortable beds and since it’s a non-smoking building, our room smelled wonderful too. Bonus: free shuttle to & from Bellagio and Aira.

    Great location, bad room

    Location was amazing, view was great, but the room outdated- old stained carpet, old bathtub with a small shower head, no fridge and overall not worth &400-$500 price plus $50 nightly resort fee we paid. Cleaning services were great - came on time every day and did a great job. “Eataly” food choices and primrose restaurant were super enjoyable too. So really the only disappointment was the room. Will stay at a newer hotel next time.

    Best breakfast

    We stayed for 5 days and we ate breakfast at Lavazza everyday because their pastries are so good and the property is smoke free so its nice to walk across the casino going to Eataly from our hotel room. We definitely are going to stay at Park MGM again on our next stay.

    Good location.

    Easy check in and check out through the app. Middle of the strip so we were able to walk the strip easily. There is a target across the street and easy to get supplies if you need any. The starbucks line is shorter there in the morning . Clean room but walls are too thin. Bring a white noise machine if you are a light sleeper.

    A great stay.

    A great 1 night stay. Very good location on strip with great amenities. Nice to have a heated pool and hot tub in the winter. The T-MOBILE center and concert hall in building. Loved Park theme. Room was comfy but watch not to touch snacks and water.
