Not one thing could’ve been better
The entire stay was amazing. The Park is smoke free, conveniently located and the best value on the south strip. The restaurants are amazing, the rooms are modern and uber comfortable and the bathrooms are great. We had connecting rooms with another in our party and the banquet couch + table/chair in the room made it feel like we had a suite. We had a car on this trip and the self park garage was easy in/out.

Best Hotel on the Strip
This is our go-to hotel when visiting Las Vegas. We love that they have a non smoking policy and it’s right on the strip. The rooms are great quality, we never have any issues here. This hotel is connected to Aria and leads to the tram that takes you to the Shops at Crystals and Bellagio. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

Our first trip to Vegas
It was our first time to Vegas. We will come to Park Place. Very pleasant place to stay. Very clean! Easy to get around the hotel. Casino is just downstairs with the food eatery. You may reach the tram that will take you to the Bellagio. It was a great trip.

Good Value
The Park MGM is a solid budget choice in a great location on the Strip. The hotel was remodeled when MGM bought the Monte Carlo, giving it new bathrooms and mattresses. Our biggest issue was noise from the hallways and from an adjacent room through the door with the neighboring room (communicating door). This hotel is best enjoyed when it is mostly empty or with a set of earplugs for sleeping. We booked through Marriott Bonvoy but a slightly better rate is available through MGM rewards, which anyone can join for free. Apart from earning points and a 2pm late checkout for higher tier elites (if available) there really weren't Bonvoy perks. I did not see a dedicated check in for Bonvoy elites but luckily arrived at a quiet hour. Parking is $18 and the parking garage is very close to the hotel so that was convenient. The hotel is next to New York New York which while pretty dingy has a lot of fast casual eating. We went to the attraction called Flyover which is directly across the street from the hotel (across a bridge) so that was pretty nice. A big plus is that the hotel is smoke free. Also, as a Marriott-affiliated property it is very pet friend, although we did not bring a pet. The hotel has all of the amenities you would expect of a big Las Vegas hotel. The Eataly was nice but overpriced and it seemed to me not a good as other locations.
