    Friendly and Attentive Staff from parkhuus

    In April, my family and I spent five nights at the Park Hyatt Zurich. Every day, we had breakfast at Parkhuus Restaurant, which had a lovely atmosphere. Above all, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I want to express my gratitude to Natalia and Lucas. They are very friendly and attentive :)

    A Layover turned EXPERIENCE. Incredible Concierge - THANK YOU NATALYIA

    Absolutely beautiful service from check-in to departure. Natalyia at the concierge desk helped prepare an incredible itinerary for us as we arrived on a 1 day layover with no plan. She helped us to avoid the marathon which we didn't know was in town and explained delays in public transportation perfectly so that we could catch our onward flight ON TIME the next day.

    A Must Stay

    Wow! This Hyatt exceeded my expectations. The level of service is on par with the Ritz or Four Seasons. As a business owner, I can tell when there is a training program in place that puts the client/guest needs above all else. At breakfast, we weren't assigned a waiter/waitress. Instead, the entire staff made sure we were taken care of. One afternoon I had a couple of questions so I waited in line at the front desk as they were checking folks in. A team member came over to me (I clearly wasn't checking in) to ask if they could assist me. They answered my questions without the need for me to continue to wait in line. Fantastic! Fun fact, they have a Rolls Royce to take you to your dinner reservation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Zurich. A hearty thank you to the entire staff at Park Hyatt Zurich! Cheers!

    Great Stay!

    We had a great stay. Perfect location, very nice and clean room and amenities. Love the shower and tub! Staff is friendly and accommodating. Room service attendants are very prompt when we requested some items in the room. They also prepared us an anniversary celebration amenity: chocolate dipped strawberries and champagne. It was a luxurious experience! Thank you Park Hyatt Zurich

    Flawless visit in Zurich

    We had an exceptional stay at the Park Hyatt and were truly blown away by the level of service we received. Julien, the concierge, went above and beyond—not only making fantastic reservations but also assisting us when a cell phone was left in an Uber. His kindness and professionalism were unmatched. From start to finish, everything about our visit was wonderful. The location was central and absolutely perfect, and the room and amenities exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful for such a lovely experience and are already looking forward to coming back next year.
