Jan 19, 2025Nice service but hotel a little dated
The hotel seems to have a good location and it was a pretty arrival with the lights outside. The room was clean and I liked it had a hard wood floor and not a carpet, the layout and bathroom style was a little dated. I liked the window could open and you could let in fresh air and an amazing touch for me was an old school real clock in the bathroom! I love to see the time. Also large size water bottles by the bed. For an aged hotel it did not have any issues.

GM MICHEL WITTWER and his staff operate a great business hotel in Zurich. The hotel's warm ambience, spaciousness, modern architecture and contemporary art sets standards among hotels in Zurich. The 138 generously-sized, clean guestrooms and suites offer luxurious comfort and avant-garde communications technology. Staff is genuinely friendly, assertive and professional. Simply the go to place in Zurich for business trips. Loved it!

Sincere Hospitality, Modern Setting
Outstanding hospitality, and one of the finest hotels in the world. Stayed for two nights with family December 29 - 31 2024. Besides the outstanding cuisine, warm and inviting spaces, and lovely staff, we encountered a level of sophisticated care that left us speechless. One of my family members became ill and had a high temperature which kept us room bound. Upon request, the hotel made delicious chicken soup twice for us, which went a long way in aiding our comfort. When needed, the hotel even summoned a doctor for us which gave us great comfort, as he was able to prescribe medication to assist. At every turn, the staff was sincerely concerned and accommodating to meet our needs, and to still make it a wonderful stay. I will forever appreciate the kind care and hospitality we encountered, and I would like to specifically recognize Ms. Isabelle Shenck in the lobby lounge, and Ms. Denise Boscolo at the reception desk who made us feel like family. I highly recommend the Park Hyatt Zurich.

Wonderful hotel
We had a wonderful short stay at the Park Hyatt Zurich. Arrival with car is super nice and comfortable with friendly staff, so was check in, we had a great family room with extra beds and early check in. help was avilable with food, extra bits like chcolates and greetings and water everywhere. The rooms are well equipped and warm with fresh air options, great cable tv, fast internet (trust me this is important when your sanity hangs on the kids being able to stream 4k games on theiriPads!) etc. The breakfast buffet is a real highlight, quality and quantity, who said you had to chose? kids drawing kits, great coffee and eggs and selection. just wondeful. and friendly staff everywhere proactively to help. We will definitely come back. Thank you hotel staff for taking great care of us!

Perfect end to our Christmas vacation.
Lovely hotel with excellent service team. It felt like the team was trying to to add an extra bit of service and effort in every interaction we had - which was unique. But it was delivered in a very natural, warm manner - not stuffy and not too formal. The breakfast was in an elegant restaurant - with high quality a la carte options for eggs, pancakes (our son's favorite) and other items. They have a 24 hour gym that is good - has a barbell rack for squats, bench presses and you can even do deadlifting. Good quality cardio machines. Room was spacious and the bed had a very comfortable mattress.
