Came out to Playa Del Carmen for my husbands 50th bday! Great time. Resort is beautiful and we loved all the amenities.

Paradisus, a slice of paradise!!
The location seemed good! About 50 minutes ride from the airport to the resort and a 5 minute taxi ride to 5th avenue in Playa where all of the local shopping is. Scenery was nice and the staff worked hard to keep the resort looking clean. All of the staff was super friendly, warm and welcoming. Every one of the staff always had a smile for you every where you went. Our family concierge was extremely helpful updating us each on daily activities, switching our dinner reservations when we would change our minds about a plan, or booking us for excursions. The beach was clean and the staff would encourage beach volleyball games and soccer most days we were there. The food was really good for an all inclusive. We didnt feel like we got tired of anything we were eating there. Staff always worked hard to give service and deliver fresh food. They had an ice cream shop with delicious flavors and a coffee shop open 24 hours. The cave tour we did was really cool! It was about a 40 minute drive and had zip lines for our boys. All in all an amazing experience!! Wouldn't change a thing about the experience. Props to the staff, we left last night and we already miss them!!

Great All Inclusive + Family Concierge
We had a great experience with Paradisus! The resort was very clean. Rooms were renovated. Service was great. However, the best experience was using their Family Concierge services! Our Concierge Jonathan was amazing and made our experience very memorable and easy! Highly recommend.

This was a lovely family oriented resort. Christmas decorations were amazing.. The room was clean and well maintained, very spacious. Food was very good. The family concierge was very helpful and assisted with all our needs. Would definitely recommend and stay again. My only complaint is that we requested to be located near our family so we could help out. Despite our request they located us initially on the other side of the resort. After a very “costly” upgrade we were located near by . We were told that the type of room we had booked was not available in the same building but our family had the same type of room.

Love staying at Paradisus PDC
This was our second time to this resort with a big extended family group and we had a wonderful time once again. The staff is friendly, the resort feels safe and clean, there’s plenty to do between the pools, water park, and beach at the resort alone. The food varies from superb to fine and there are plenty of options. We have both time found the concierge service well worth the extra charge. Thanks to the Paradisus staff for another great family vacation.
