    Paradise at Paradisus

    Had a great time with the family at Paradisus. The staff and amenities were all fantastic, special shout out to our family concierge Paolo. Highly recommend the family concierge for young parents as they help with all your bookings and in our case were able to help with medical care for our son.

    Lots of activities for kids to play, even daycare if required. Lots of restaurants. Very clean and great service. Would go back again next year

    Wonderful vacation

    We had amazing trip thanks to our concierge Adrian and Angelo was also so helpful and friendly. Everyone at this resort is so friendly and very beautiful resort. Worth doing the upgrade to have swimout room and having concierge.

    Great family winter getaway!

    Our family decided on Paradisus Playa del Carmen after comparing to other hotels/destination for a winter gateaway. Ultimately we selected Paradisus because it offered much better value compared to other options in Florida, Las Vegas and Anaheim. We were so happy we went with Paradisus as it was all inclusive and the rooms, facilities, food and entertainment far exceeded our expectations. There was just so much to do and see that the week just went by so quickly. As a family with young kids, the resort was perfect as it had an amazing water park for the kids, child minding facilities, entertainment/activities and flexible food options. We will definitely be returning!
