Great hotel. Wonderful staff. Restaurants excellent in adults only section. Less impressed with others. Issues with beach due to seaweed but we were warned. Excellent support from Roberto

We are the Morrow family from calgary still here. I have to say the best of the best there are review tips but no need. Everything about this amazing resort is 5 star.

Great for kids!
One of the most kid friendly places we've stayed in so far. From morning until nighttime, there are plenty of kid friendly activities all around the hotel. We invested in the family concierge, which was definitely worth it (have your own pool, lunch area, bar, lobby with snacks). For adults, plenty of options for drinks, dinner and utilized the kids daycare or "kidsdom" ( which is own from about 9am to 11pm). There are 2 daycares, one for ages 1 to 4 and then another for kids 5 through 9. Our kiddo is a full on three-nager and he loved the balloon animals, mini golf, pirate ship pool, ice cream shop, koi ponds, limitless cookies and night time activities. I usually don't consider going back to the same hotel, but this is definitely a consideration for toddler and possible good spot for extended families or group of friends with kids.

Our trip this February.
This is our third year back to Paradisus. The staff again was awesome. We want to thank: Miriam for taking care of us with our room, dinner reservations etc. Alfredo for all the wonderful pool service Yusmara for great pool service Arny for help with the pool service. The staff at Sante: Yarey (you have a wonderful staff) Ariadna Antionio Ivan Jairo Wendy Olga To the bartenders Josue Luis Many Angel The only complaint we have and has nothing to do with the staff is the pool chairs they changed out 2 years ago to wooden , not able to lie and the backs can fall down with people about to hit their heads. They are uncomfortable and the majority of people dislike them.
