We have been coming to the Lunch Box since we started our trip and it has been amazing! Very exclusive and not busy, which is nice when traveling with a new baby. Rachel has been amazing since the beginning! Thank you so much!

40th bday family visit - outstanding
Overall amazing stay at the resort. We recently visited for my wife’s 40th bday. We had the family concierge package. Check-in is a little rough. It took us an hour from the time we got to the resort to the time we got checked in. We arrived on a Thursday afternoon. Our butler did his best to expedite the process. There were snacks, drinks etc available while you wait. After check-in everything else was outstanding. Our butler, Adrian, was very communicative each day (through WhatsApp). The room was very nice. The temperature stayed cool which is a huge plus, stocked mini fridge with both alcohol and non-alcoholic choices along with snacks that were replenished daily. The lunchbox was a great place to eat breakfast and lunch each day. Dinner options were great but note you need to make reservations PRIOR to your stay, otherwise you may not get to eat at each of the (we learned that the hard way…didn’t realize we needed to pre-book (luckily Adrian was able to find some time slots for us). We had a swim up room very close to the kids area pool (pirate ship) which was a great location to the Palapas that are available to grab, the pool bar, etc. We brought our two boys (10 & 13) and they loved it. One played basketball the entire time and the other enjoyed the game room where they had Ps5, Xbox, pool and foosball. The gelato and coffee shop were a great daily stop as well. Many flavors and both were open late for the family concierge. Overall “cons” or things that we thought could be improved: - check in process needs to be faster. - all the pools close at 7pm, which is fine, except we had a swim up and that was also closed at 7pm. For those rooms, the pools should be able to stay open longer - need better pre-stay info around the need to reserve dinner

Great place for kids & big families
Great place to travel w family and kids! The kids had a blast and the hotel made everything very easy. Family concierge helped too! Eduardo was very responsive and helpful.

Great stay
Great staff. Extremely kind and helpful. Would come back! Pauloa was our concierge, she was fantastic! So amazing! The kids didn’t want to leave.
