  Relaxing couple getaway

  This resort is absolutely gorgeous. Atmosphere relaxing. Rooms clean and spacious. We got a “garden view “ room with a view of the ocean! Pool staff is very attentive, Servando helped us with a cabana while Jazmin helped us with drinks. Look for Jesus in Aqua Marina to guide you through some yummy Mezcal.

  Customer Service and resort

  I recently stayed at Paradis Los Cabos for my anniversary, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The service was extremely poor and felt unwelcoming. At times, it seemed like staff were more attentive to certain race while ignoring others, which made the experience uncomfortable and left us feeling undervalued. Dining was another major issue. The food quality was inconsistent and often unacceptable. Three separate times, I ordered sandwiches and each one was prepared incorrectly. In addition, the hamburgers we received were undercooked to the point of being raw, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, there were very limited food options available throughout the resort. Some nights, certain dining locations were closed without any notice, making it even more difficult to find something to eat. What made this even more disappointing was that we were there celebrating our anniversary. I mentioned this in advance and during the stay, but it didn’t seem to matter at all—there was no acknowledgment or effort to make the occasion special until I started complaining. By then, the damage was already done. Instead of enjoying a relaxing vacation, I found myself counting down the days until we could leave. That is not how anyone should feel at an adults-only resort that is supposed to provide a memorable getaway. Overall, I cannot recommend this resort to anyone looking for a pleasant or special vacation experience. I am a Karen or Kim just expected better ☹️

  Nice but not enough to do

  Paradisus was nice but there wasn't enough to do at the hotel. If you're planning a bunch of excursions then this hotel is fine, but if you're looking for lively nightlife and shows, this is not the hotel. The food was good. The Asian restaurant was our favorite. They said we didn't need to make dinner reservations, but showed up several times where the wait was long. There is a very small section of beach where you can swim in the ocean, if it's not a windy day. The beach is rocky and has a steep incline in sections. Hurts to walk barefoot. Rooms were clean however the bathroom often stunk with a strong sewer smell. We had to keep the toilet door shut and the light/fan on at all times. The smell was really unpleasant. The location of the hotel is along the tourist corridor in between Cabo San Lucus and San Jose. 25 minute Uber ride in either direction. No shopping around the hotel. You must take an Uber everywhere. The gift shop inside the hotel is overpriced. The coffee and ice cream shop is nice. I would come back with my parents for a calmer/quieter trip, but I wouldn't go back for a girls trip with friends.

  Amazing resort, excellent service

  I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was top notch, and the food was simply delicious. I specially want to thank the entire crew, and a huge shout out to MR Servando, he was incredibly kind attentive and made us feel so welcome throughout our entire stay. We definitely will be back.!!!   Wonderful a Second Time Too!

  Second time and it was excellent. We suggest booking the Reserva level as it is worth it, with special accommodation and restaurant access. Juliet is a fantastic concierge, who made our stays run smoothly and ensured we had all the comforts. Kevin, Carlos and Severano ensured our oven and poolside needs were met and we always had the best cabanas and service.
