Luxurious relaxation
My Wife and I recently stayed at the Paradisus Los Cabos in the Reserve looking for a simple higher-end mid-winter break from the cold weather. The facility was recommended to us, and not having been to Cabo before, we decided to stump up the additional fee for the Reserve experience. Overall, the resort was extremely well managed, and every single member of the staff were truly wonderful. We felt welcomed by everyone. Our concierge, Roberto, was exceptional and he really made the stay in the Reserve worthwhile. We were probably his least demanding guests, as we really took it easy around the resort, but he secured our preferred cabana every day as well as dinner reservations. He was always available, and always made a point of checking in with us a couple of times each day. The quality of the food at the various restaurants was good to very good, but nothing more. Be vary wary of the Sal steak restaurant, as it can be very pricey with their "bait and switch" approach to the menu. Sante restaurant in the reserve was very good, however I did succumb to food poisoning on my very last meal. Departure day was...challenging, to say the least. Sadly this did sour the overall experience, and it was the first time I have had a food borne illness in Mexico after several visits. Not the place I expected to catch an illness. Overall, our experience was a very positive one, and it is definitely a destination we will consider again for a winter break. I felt that for quality received we slightly overpaid, perhaps by 15-20%, so that will be a consideration for the next trip.

Very relaxing spot
We had a family group of 9 for 5 nights. The facility was clean and beautiful. They had a hard time seating us all together and making a reservation for dinner at a normal time was nearly impossible. The buffets were a good 2nd option . Service was friendly and good . The Italian food was mediocre but the rest was just fine .

Family Vacation
we have stayed here previously. The hotel has everything you might want on the grounds, meaning you do not need to travel elsewhere. The variety of food covers all of the bases. Improvement on turn around from ordering to delivery around the pool can use improvement. Was much faster to walk to the bar than to order and wait.
