The check in process was smooth and the staff friendly. I had a problem when they did not provide the room l was reserved at booking but we tried to make the best of it. Everything afterwards was overshadowed by the fact that we paid a lot of extra money for a lackluster trip. The food was mediocre (except for Sal the steakhouse). We had cold food served from a “fresh” buffet, cold food from room service, cold food at the restaurant. At some point I just lowered my expectations. I did relax a bit once I got over the multiple disappointments by just sitting in the sun realizing how blessed I am to be able to experience any of this (good or bad) when our country is in turmoil. I may give them another chance considering we were traveling for Xmas which may have been the issue. However, I just hoped for the “high end” experience that was promised AND paid handsomely for but got just above a Sandals experience.

Wonderful vacation
Carlos and Servando were awesome pool concierges. They were there for us everyday with whatever we needed and wanted! All the restaurants were spectacular- food was truly amazing no matter where we ate. Tony at Cielo restaurant , Rene at Sal Steakhouse and Isaac at the Italian amazing waiters. The guys at Sante bar knew our order after the first day! Diego, our concierge, helped us with whatever was needed for our family. Housekeeping had our rooms looking clean and tidy everyday! The staff made our trip much more pleasant! Thanks Paradisus we will be back!

Excellent All Inclusive in Cabo
Located midway between San Jose and Los Cabos on one of the few swimmable beaches, this is a beautiful property with excellent food options and a very attentive staff. Adults only so a more mature experience, which is what we were after. I would recommend.

Excellent dinner at Cielo!
We had our last dinner at Paradisus at Cielo and it was delicious! Anthony at Cielo was an excellent server, very attentive, gave wonderful suggestions, and overall added to the ambience of the night. He suggested the cabeza tacos which were some of the best tacos I’ve ever had.
