    Highly recommend!

    This is the best resort we have traveled to in Mexico. The grounds are beautiful and immaculately taken care of. The food was great at the buffet and the restaurants we visited. The staff were so friendly and seemed to take great pride in their service. Highly recommend the Reserve experience. Personal concierge (Cristina was amazing!), private pool (Arim takes care of you!), and lounge were very special.

    Top business awards trip

    Rooms were slightly messed up for the group at check in but they quickly resolved the issues. Due to the mishap they upgraded my husband and I which was very nice. The staff and service was great! The food and drinks was excellent. Diego was our daily contact and he was amazing! Would definitely go back whether a group or just the 2 of us.

    Superestrella Carolina!

    The resort is clean and beautiful and the people here are amazing. Carolina from guest services is helpful, knowledgeable, approachable and kind. Lorenzo at the Celsius pool bar makes great cocktails and remembers your drink! Overall a great time and we would return. Japanese restaurant was our favourite.

    We will be back!

    Paradisus Los Cabos is amazing resort with beautiful facilities, an extremely responsive staff and a very relaxing atmosphere. The pool was wonderful, the food was delicious and plentiful, and the drinks were always as available as we needed them to be. :)

    Paradise at the Paradisus Los Cabos

    What a Beautiful Adults Only Resort!!! We stayed in the Reserve Ocean View Master Suite. 1250 Sq. Ft., separate living room, huge bathroom w/soaking tub and rain shower, 2 balconies. Beautiful view. Our concierge (Diego) was wonderful and very attentive to our requests/needs. Carlos with Room Service was Always there at 5 P.M. everyday with our requested Ice. Asian restaurant was our all time favorite, Mexican, Italian, Mediterranean were all very good also, I would say that the Sal Restaurant (Steakhouse) which is extra cost (if you are in the Reserve, you get i night there for free) was a disappointment - steaks were Very tough. If you want a good steak, go to the Mexican Restaurant - it was Very tender. The Breakfast buffet was always fabulous and fresh with a large variety to choose from. Had 2 - 80 minute massages at the Spa - they were Wonderful both times. We were Fortunate to have the Humpback Whales all week in front of our Hotel. They were so close and many of them were Breaching for 20-30 minutes at a time. Cons: 1.) Main Pool water is Very Cold. Reserve pool was around 10-15 degrees warmer, but still chilly. 2.) would like to of had a option for Dinner Buffet - buffet is only breakfast & lunch. 3.) Need better room baggage delivery upon arrival and prompt baggage pickup upon departure. We will definitely recommend and return to this hotel. Its almost a perfect Jem.
