Me and my family had a very nice time at Paradisus Grand Cana. We visited for my mother‘s birthday. The atmosphere is great and it is family friendly with lots to do with events for your family. The rooms were very nice although there were mishaps in one of our rooms, our TV did not work in the bedroom and I had a master suite and the bathtub had a leak, but overall the rooms were clean and room service did a great job of the turnover every day. The value of the food at the buffets could have been better, but the restaurants were decent the steakhouse Sal had amazing food. I would rate the steak a 10 out of 10 for any of the restaurants you ate at the steak was absolutely amazing. The flavor and the tenderness was very juicy. We had a large party of about 14. We had a concierge by the name of Yamie who did an amazing job I would raster her service a 10 out of 10 she was able to give us an accommodate us with a large party to be able to eat at the restaurants of our choice on the nights we needed.

Our concierge Juan Abdincoles made our stay extra special! Highly recommend him and Comcierge level for ease in navagating the all inclusive experience! We needed the resort clinic and a subsequent hospital ER visit and he guided us through the process. He was constantly checking in and showing up to make sure it was a positive experience. Beautiful property with top notch employees. Everyone we encountered were pleasant and accommodating making our stay memorable! A big thank you to all for making us feel special! Armando greeted us at most of our buffet meals, such a fun guy and super helpful with our family member that had a walker. Came away with an admiration of the Dominican people, very kind. Thanks to all!

Property was nice for kids. The water park was nice. The wait. For rides to the beach. Wasn't bad. Restaurant reservations. Were terrible. did not keep reservations gave us reservations to restaurants that weren't open on those days. And then said, there's nothing they can do about it booked us at the Mexican restaurant. After they lost our original reservations Only. To find out that the Mexican restaurant was actually the buffet very disappointed.

Brian Alexander and Lucy were such an amazing team at Tori. They accommodated to our family and young children so well! We really enjoyed the food and the experience. Tori will be high on our list to return to before the end of our trip thanks to them!
