They don’t let you book any restaurant before arriving and when you arrive they say they don’t have availability and the restaurants are empty. You ask him for a wine and they give it to you as if it were an ice 😩😩😩 and when you drink it it looks like super bad experience Gasoline and it’s my first day…

Fun and delicious dinner
David was great at Tori! Omar was also great! The food and entertainment was perfect. Loved his jokes and the food was great. Beat dinner experience of the trip. My daughter loved the seafood and my son loved the beef. Great job involving all the kids and fast service.

Best room ever - 2 bedroom family concierge
We stayed in the family concierge. We had a two bedroom suite and it was the best room we ever had. HUGE and very clean. The kids water park was great too.

Great hospitality
Guest services with Franklyn was wonderful. He was very attentive and helpful with booking dinners and general needs throughout the whole trip. The entire team in guest services was so communicative and checking on us in a genuine and hospitable way. The resort was so clean, the food was delicious and overall a wonderful family vacation.special shout outs to Franklyn and Carlos!
