    Absolutely amazing

    I’d like to express my experience with Paradisus hotel melia in Cancun . I’d like to name the very special hotel personal that made my experience so wonderful. Gaby , Valeria , Ceasar, Oscar ,and Diego they were all very attentive to all Our needs and Diego was exceptionally helpful with setting us up for a dinner at Lemon fish restaurant.i can’t express how grateful i am to them they are what makes this hotel one of a kind !!! I wish all and everyone would be like them with such a wonderful Personality and caring ways how to treat their guest members and everyone as I took my sisters go experience what great people they are I hope and pray I will Get to see them next time I go again .     Family spring break

    The hotel was nice, great stay on the beach. Room was okay, the mini fridge was stocked daily with water and soft drinks. Snacks were provided in the room. Enjoyed the Bali beds, great poolside service. My child is a picky eater so didn’t go to any of the restaurants stuck to the buffet and room service which I didn’t mind. Overall we had a great time. Always enjoy coming to Cancun.

    Paradisus Cancun reserve

    Staff was amazing we loved our pool guy Oscar and our concierge Christian was so very helpful. Rooms could use some updating which is starting in June of this year. Ocean was beautiful on the white sandy beach infront of the resort. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

    Great food but Rooms really let this resort down.

    Stayed as a family of 4, two littles 2 and 4. A great resort in terms of travel time from airport, food and pool/beach area. However, Rooms are severely needing a refurb with mostly broken or chipped furniture, walls, doors etc. the lighting in the bathroom is non existent marble chipped and shower heads so old they are thick with limescale. Rooms are so dated that this is the sole reason we would not return. Some building work was going ahead around property while there and the staff even agreed that they hoped work on the rooms would commence soon. Fingers crossed. Other things to note are: - pool and chairs. There are not enough umbrellas/ shade. This is critical especially around the shallow kids pool. The entire resort has huge Bali beds that are for members but they mostly remain empty as so over priced most ppl don’t use them. Waste of space. Bring down the price or just allow people to use them after a certain time. - the shallow kids pool was large and safe plus lots of seats around to be able to watch children from a few metres away. - food was good. Some restaurants got it spot on with the menus. Buffet for breakfast was also good. Lots of prepared fruit and fresh bakery. The Italian restaurant wasn’t the greatest and it was sad to see people over ordering in the ala carte restaurants, so wasteful. Overall a really good hotel but we wouldn’t recommend due to the room situation.

    Massage

    Excellent massage and relaxing environment. Was the perfect ending to our trip. My daughter and I both enjoyed our services!Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! Highly recommend visiting the spa and would definitely return!!
