    Our stay was wonderful! Our concierge Enrique went above and beyond to make sure we had all our requested reservations and activities ready to go. Service was great and the Steakhouse was amazing! Can't wait to be back after the renovation!

    Book with Concierge it’s worth it!

    Our experience of Meliá without our concierge Rodolfo Medina would not have been the same. He made it special for us as much as possible, although we were let down by the food in all the restaurants and pool bar as everything was always cold for our entire trip. On the last day at the request of Rodo the head Chef David came to see us and prepared a special meal, this came piping hot, so the kitchen can manage it, it was just a shame it took until our last night to receive this service. Thanks again Rodolfo!

    My time in Paradisus Cancun was amazing! One of the best parts of my trip was our concierge, Enrique! He made our trip a breeze. We didn’t have to lift a finger when it came to making dinner reservations or customizing our vacation to our needs. He answered any questions that I had in a timely manner and always greeted us with a smile! As soon as I arrived at the hotel, he proposed to meet us in person to introduce himself. All throughout the trip he checked on us in person to make sure everything was perfect. He would also leave my kids surprises in our room while we were out and about on the beach! We will definitely be returning to Paradisus Cancun sooner rather than later. Thanks so much, Enrique!!

    Paradisus is wonderful

    Great resort. High quality staff. Food is better than other all inclusive we have been to. Recommend trying after the 1 year renovation. I thought the rooms and amenities were great. We did reserve and our concierge Manuel was excellent. We enjoyed the reserve area and recommend upgrading if you can.

    Celebrated my 40th birthday here and couldn’t ask for a better destination!

    The most beautiful place! As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with the friendliest staff and beautiful views all around. This resort also has the best food whether you reserve at one of their many restaurants or if you’re hanging out by the pool! I highly recommend staying at the Reserve adults only and getting an ocean view room.
