Great location the rooms are very nicely decorated and clean. The resort fee included he resort fee includes: Beach towels Bicycle storage Housekeeping In-room bottled water In-room coffee In-room safe Internet access Pool access But we never got housekeeping even after leaving sign to have room made up. I was told by the front desk, I needed to let them know I wanted my room cleaned. So no towels until i was escorted to laundry room and given bottle water and towels for 2nd night. For price point customer service was lacking. As a travel advisor i would really advise this after my stay. The breakfast should say Continental And my safe did not work. kept saying error code.

Beautiful area. The impact of other people’s attitudes tho will keep me from staying here again. I asked for toilet paper since there wasn’t any in our room and was told housekeeping would have some. Instead of just giving me the toilet paper I asked for they wanted me to go hunt down housekeeping. You have to pay $30 a night to park a vehicle. Besides the staff being iffy and the parking it was a decent place to stay.

Everything we could ask for
My sister and I stayed at the Paradise Inn for a weekend visit. Location is excellent, and parking (with a charge) was easy. Nikita was a wonderful host, check in was easy, we felt comfortable asking questions, and all questions our questions were answered. The room was perfect (2 double beds, which is hard to find in the non-chain hotels) and the grounds were beautiful. Would certainly suggest this inn to others, and plan to return for another stay.

Paradise Inn has a new owner and it sort of shows.
Long time visitor. New owner needs to step it up a little. General maintenance and upkeep. Pool, service staff needs work Will give them another try at some point t.
