Great Resort!
My husband and I enjoyed staying at this resort. The unit was spacious and the master bedroom had a nice view of the ocean and coconut trees, very relaxing. The unit was very clean and the grounds were well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful ...no complaints. The resort is close to the beaches, parks and various shopping centers.

Beautiful property
We enjoyed the friendly staff, the beautiful property, and the size of our unit. I especially loved the lanai and the friendly turkeys that roamed the property. We will be back again to visit you soon!

Awesome vacation
Very pleased with property. Our condo had a nice layout. Incredibly clean. Our unit faced the golf course, we could also see the ocean through the trees. The staff was over the top responsive and helpful. Nice pool area.

Waikoloa Village property
My wife and I spent 7 nights here and it was a pleasant stay The condo was a 2 bedroom 2 bath property but we only used 1 of the bedrooms. It was reasonably but basically equipped in all areas and because this was not a private rental I did miss some of the extras you get when booking privately. For example no beach equipment which had to rented ($20 a week for a chair) and the kitchen, whilst adequately supplied with utensils, had no extras like herbs or spices, which previous Big Island private rentals sometimes provided. H103 has no view and is rather dark inside. The main bedroom has no main light. Consequently we never used the lanai which was dominated by a large noisy air con unit. There were 3 TV s and cable but no instructions and it took a while to work out how it worked. The TV did not have Bluetooth and so I could not screen share or log into my Netflix or other accounts. There is a range of DVDs in reception. The hotel staff were universally helpful and friendly and maintenance responded immediately to a minor issue in our kitchen. There are turkeys wandering around the site and despite many signs saying don’t feed them, my neighbours did just this every morning with all the attendant Turkey noises! Worse was my neighbours above who rose at 6am daily, meaning we did also as the banged about and were either moving furniture or opening lanai doors. They were not light on their feet either at any time of day highlighting an issue with soundproofing. This was the best value I could find in the area at the time of booking as Big Island has become extraordinarily expensive. Consequently the stay was good value for money and would have been excellent for a family of 4 The wider issue was the costs of other things. Some state park beaches were charging visitors $30 a day to park and access for a family of 4 ($10 for the car and $5 each to enter) In 2014 it was free, in 2018 it was $5. Food prices are eye watering high even at Costco and I fear this was the last time we will make the 17 hour journey to Hawaii.

Very nice resort well located on the Big Island
We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Paniolo Greens Resort. It is well located on the North side of the Island which is typically warmer and sunnier than the other resort areas on the Island. The resort grounds are well maintained and attractive. The unit we had backed onto the golf course and we were woken each morning to the call of the wild Turkeys right outside our unit. The unit was exactly what we expected. The kitchen is a little dated but was clean and very functional. No complaints whatsoever. We will definitely look to go back the next time we are visiting the Big Island
