Everything was wonderful, from the food to the bungalow. The staff was exceptional across the resort, with shoutouts to Yasser, Pilar, Karla, and Alberto, who made our stay fun and carefree. Definitely recommend for a memorable honeymoon!

En suite dinner
Edilberto prepared the BEST en suite dinner we have EVER had! Impeccable presentation and FABULOUS flavors!! Christian was our server&/translator and made our evening extra special. Excellent reparté and made us feel like family! BRAVO!!!!

Great Honeymoon Location
We stayed at El Dorado Maroma: Palafitos overwater bungalows, very nice view and beautiful room with 2 glass floors. Room was always made up daily and mini fridge was always restocked. Was nice to see the fish under the bungalow. Quiet in the rooms. Service was always helpful, Alberto Plis was very helpful and very friendly.

Absolutely Perfect!
We were welcomed by Alberto who was gracious and funny. Great first impression. Enrique was the best butler anyone is lucky to have. Every day and night was perfect. The vip service was memorable. We are going to miss our Palafitos Family 💕 See you next year!!

Rest and relaxation at its best.
Amazing experience we were pampered and treated like family. We can’t wait to come back again one day ! All of the staff was amazing !
