    Best place to stay

    We had the best maid service. Jackie was so awesome and knew my name the next day. She went above and beyond to make sure our room was cleaned and stocked. Everyone is so pleasant here. The rooms are large and very clean Loved the pool area great service at both restaurants on the property. Will be back again

    Amazing!

    Mary was the best! She made us feel at home. Definitely will be coming back just to see Mary again. The hotel was super clean! All the staff were so nice and just so welcoming. The pool & the bar had the best piña colada I have. Great experience overall I took my 3 kids and they loved it. Mr. & Mrs. Bautista.

    Outrigger Reef Waikiki excellent location. Staff are very attentive. Gluten Free options and restaurants near by.

    Beautiful property. Staff is outstanding Room was very clean Amenities are excellent. Location is excellent. Beach is beautiful. I am celiac so gluten free is essential and there were lots of options at the property and restaurants near by. Highly recommend this property.

    An amazing stay overall: friendly and helpful stuff and a clean and comfortable room

    My parents and I had an amazing time at the resort! All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially our housekeeper Mary. She always kept our room clean and tidy and was very nice and attentive. Thank you, Mary! The restaurants at the hotel served delicious food and the service was good. I personally really enjoyed the pool because it’s rare now to see one that’s deep enough. It was also very convenient that the Wi-Fi worked well everywhere around the hotel, including the pool area. The fitness room was very clean with new equipment and not crowded at all. It could probably use a few more machines, such as leg/chest press, leg extension/curl, etc, but other than that it was great. Our room was very spacious with three beds, but it did not really have a view and no balcony. The coffee machine was really nice, but something I felt was missing were tea spoons.

    A1 regards to customer services

    For the first , We where traveling in 6 member of our family,first time to use the hotel. We had an issues with balcony water dropping from above us. The house keeper Mary and manager, took care of the issues, right away. So were able to use the balcony. Mary who services us has A1 with relating to customer service. She a keeper. Thanks for the services made. See you next time.
