All staff was extremely nice and professional. Facility is well maintained. Valet service was exceptional and our Housekeeper Lynn was EXCELLENT!!!

Aloha spirit!
Although I was hesitant to stay in Waikiki because of the crowds, we were pleasantly surprised. We did not feel that the area was overcrowded. The hotel is beautiful and our room was clean and well appointed. The front desk, parking valets, cleaning and restaurant staff were all efficient, pleasant and friendly. If you have a chance, I would recommend visiting the Cultural Center in the Hotel for local experiences like learning the hula, lei making, etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

We LOVED Outrigger Reef!
This is an amazing resort that is located in the best part of Waikiki! The hotel staff were excellent especially Mary and Bonnie that kept our room super clean and always greeted us in the morning with an Aloha and a smile. I can’t say enough good things about the resort and the experience in the culture centre were an added bonus. Mark and friends were excellent in bracelet making. Thank you for an amazing week of memories 🌺 mahalo 🤙🏼

Beautiful Birthday Trip at Outrigger Reef
My mom & I loved Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort 10x better than Hilton Hawaiian Village! Mary made it unforgettable experience! Mary was nice, thoughtful, generous and kind, always checking on us, ensuring we were comfortable, cared for, and truly feeling at home each day. We will make sure to ask for her on our next yearly visit 🌺. Had a beautiful beachside breakfast x2 and Dinner at our favorite MonkeyPod.
