Great hotel with very friendly staff especially Lily who cleaned our room. I would recommend this clean, modern and vibrant hotel to family and friends.

Aside from a bit of rain we don't believe our experience could have been any better. We picked a perfect hotel and location. The rooms were immaculate - the only thing was a lack of storage drawers or cabinets. It was fine- but would have been slightly better if we had a few areas to stow some items. The atmosphere was always the best Hawaiian feeling with live music and hula dancing often nearby. Our hostess for the room was Rui Mei. She really took great care of us at all times!

A spectacular hotel with friendly staff and wonderful amenities.
Outrigger Reef is just great! It was our 3rd visit. Love it. The Voyager Club is excellent too!

WORTH THE STAY
First & Foremost I would like to thank Terumi (front desk agent) for my wonderful staycation with free upgrade. She made my check in a quick one! She brings a beautiful smile on her face while providing my family & I great customer service! She’s the one I’ll never forget!
