The hotel was beautiful. The live music was nice. Mary was outstanding our room was always tidy thanks to her and she went the extra mile to ask if we needed anything.

Excellent family vacation!
Our family had a great time. Even being so busy we could get into the restaurants. The complimentary vow renewals was very special. The Molokai Catamaran was excellent! Lily our housekeeper was so nice, friendly. We were glad to see her and had nice talks. Turtle sightings were great. I just wish the beach was bigger.....I hope mother nature brings it back.

Fantastic family holidays at Outrigger reef waikiki resort
Perfect location literally close to everything, shops, restaurants and beach. Very easy to get around. Atmosphere was very nice. The room was perfect, and Mary did a very good job to clean it everyday. We never heard any noise even if we were at the 3 rd level. The restaurants in the hotel are very good, and the abc shop inside the hotel is a real plus.

The room is clean and comfortable. And I commend the housekeeper, Jackie, who is very friendly, helpful and courteous.

Warm & Heartfelt
We had a wonderful stay at Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort, and I especially want to recognize our host, Sonia L. Sonia cleaned our room every single day with genuine care and warmth. It wasn’t just about keeping the room spotless—she always made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. Her kindness, attention to detail, and warm heart made a real difference in our stay. Because of Sonia, coming back to our room each day felt comforting and pleasant. She is a true asset to the resort, and we are very grateful for her outstanding service. Thank you, Sonia, for making our stay so special.
