    Outrigger Kaanapali-House keeper Marivic

    We had a great experience with our room housekeeper Marivic. We were located on the third floor with an ocean view and every day she would have a smile on her face, leave inspiring messages on our pillow along with chocolates. She did an excellent job cleaning our room daily, making the bed and remembering to leave extra Keurig k cups, towels and washcloths at our request. The Outrigger should commend her efforts going above and beyond to make guests experience memorable.

    Enjoyed our stay at Outrigger Ka’anapali Beach Resort.

    Love the location. Wasn’t a fan of the small bathroom, seemed every time you moved in there you were hitting the toilet. We had an awesome maid, Marivic. She did an excellent job and was very friendly.

    Hidden Gem

    We booked our Maui trip through Costco Travel for the first time and found the package unbeatable in value. We stayed at the Outrigger resort and loved it—beachfront location, friendly staff, Maui Brewing just outside, and easy access to Whalers Village. The ocean view room with a king bed was perfect for two, and the smaller resort size meant it never felt crowded. We also enjoyed the daily activities, especially the Lei Kukui departure ceremony, which was a meaningful and memorable experience. We thank the staff not only at the Outrigger but also Costco Travel for finding such a beautiful place.

    Fantastic Family Fun Escape

    This was a last minute family getaway. Booked this trip on Costco travel. I found it to be of great value in the Kaanappali area. This hotel is one of the older ones in Kaanapali but it is in great shape and the rooms seem recently renovated. The entire staff from front desk to housekeeping were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely return and recommend.

    Outrigger Kaanapali Beach Resort, Maui...

    Everyone was very nice and they took great care of us. Marivin was the best and extremely accommodating & helpful. We look forward in staying again.
