Dec 28, 2025Great time at the resort.
Kā’anapali Beach Resort was a wonderful stay for my wife and I. From the room, to the amenities, to the service and everything else was superb. Our housekeeping was top tier. Lyn was always saying good morning, always in a great mood, and kept our room spotless during our stay. We will definitely stay here again but maybe this time get a beach view room.

Dec 14, 2025Wonderful location and cultural introduction to Hawai'i
Wonderful location right on the beach and walking distance to Black Rock for great snorkeling with turtles. Renovated wing was modern, clean, and comfortable. A special feature of this resort is the cultural activities--we enjoyed several of them over our stay, and they really made the Hawaiian culture come alive and deepened the appreciation for visiting Hawai'i. The Friday gathering where the staff sing together, dance hula, and talk about the culture was a warm expression of the culture, talent, and teamwork of the staff. Walking distance to Whaler's Village is also convenient for dining and shopping. If a view of the ocean is important, you really need to go for the oceanfront rooms, but we enjoyed the partial ocean view. Wonderful location to relax and enjoy Hawai'i.

Nice hotel
Stayed here for 3 nights while in Maui. Hotel is abt 45mins drive away from the airport. If you are not driving, it may cost a bit more to get transportation to the hotel. Hotel is nice and just mins away from the kaanapali beach. It's also 5mins walk away from Whaler Village. Quite a few restaurants to choose from. Room is spacious and clean.

Amazing experience!!
Everything was a great experience. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Easy access to the beach. Has a great bar right on the beach. Room was nice and clean. The staff always kept it clean. Never saw frustrated look on their faces.

10/10 Experience 🤩
We had a wonderful time at Outrigger Ka’anapali! It’s a great location, beach walk away from Whalers Village. The employees also made us feel so welcomed especially Lyn. She was so friendly and always greeted us by name in the hallways! Looking forward to coming back to this resort for future vacation.
