Most days we missed our takai butler service even when in room from 5-7pm... we had to continuously ask for our room to be cleaned. We arrived so late and the kids bed had no sheets on it and no quilt and 1 pillow. We had to ask for it to be made up it was near midnight before our children could sleep, and share one pillow. We had 3 towels and 3 pool towels. We are a family of 4 as per booking. We had to ask for these to be increased, and continuously to be replaced (if taken, generally didn't get clean replacements until late that afternoon). Our shower wasn't cleaned nit once and we were snorkelling alot. We had to ask several times.es for our included bottle of water. It took 3 days back and forth with reception to get our package inclusions they did not want to give us. Everyday was asking for things to be removed especially if we were away on a day trip there was always charges we suspect local families visiting were charging to our all inclusive account. It was horrible we booked all inclusive so we didn't have to worry about these things....and just relax, it was a consistent nightmare that really took away from our holiday.. We couldn't even use up our children's free activities as we kept going to vr room and it was locked. When local families visited the service quickly became sub par, and they were always served first and we were ignored waiting a substantial time (and we're not rude we hate causing upset). We booked outrigger as it said pool open til 9pm this was crucial for us as a water loving family. We were devastated when we learned it's actually 7pm closure. The cocktail options for all inclusive weren't nice and tasted like methanol. I was really disappointed and I do not drink much. When the wedding was on all the great staff disappeared from Sundowner and the food wasn't edible ... and I had thoroughly enjoyed it prior! The activities staff at paintball etc are AMAZING both us adults and kids loved their amazing can do attitude. The manager at the Ivy is so incredibly professional and the food there was lovely. The snorkelling activities staff are lovely, we really enjoyed their knowledge and guidance.

We arrived late at Outrigger and we missed buffet dinner. But the receptionist allowed us to order something from the room. We booked 5 nights and we paid for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is average. Dinner buffet was good. Had dinner at Sun Downer Bar & grill restaurant and foods was amazing. The family swimming pool is big and come with slide. Hubby tried the spa and very happy with his massage. Our 8yo love the kids club (kids club is free). They organize so many activities for kids. We went to Sigatoka market using the public bus. The hotel staff told us we can use $2 coin but however the bus don't accept cash. But the driver was so kind and let us in ( we took taxi back to the hotel, cost $10). My highlight about this hotel is not only the amazing view with the greenery, but the staff. I can't mention one by one. Everyone was so friendly and kind, words just not enough to describe it how wonderful this resort is, from the people and the service.

💯 recommend outrigger
The staff were amazing, super friendly, helpful and attentive. The staff made our anniversary special, sung us a song, decorated our bed and we had and amazing chocolate cake. The staff also sung a birthday song for my brother in law and a goodbye song for when we were leaving, which was heartfelt and very enjoyable. Atmosphere was incredible, the vibe was very pleasant and enjoyable. Location was great not too far from the airport. Good value for your money with the all inclusive package, didn't have to think about what and where can I get cheap food and drinks. Loved the entertainment, my family really enjoyed the Fijian experience and the Fire walking. We were at the beach and pool everyday snorkelling , paddle boarding and kayaking, we saw beautiful coral, fish and eels. Cleanliness I rate 💯 . Definitely will recommend and will visit again.

Blessed with the best, outrigger is out of this world
Outrigger exceeded all my expectations on all levels. The staff here are absolutely out of this world. I felt so spoilt on my birthday but also each and every day. Vinaka once again.
