Mar 27, 2026Had a great experience in San Antonio
We enjoyed our trip to San Antonio, staying at the OMNI hotel. It is located on the riverwalk, which made it simple and convenient to find places to eat, While I was working my spouse went down to the pool to read her book, which she found very enjoyable. The staff was very congenial, and very helpful. It was a 10 minute walk to the convention center, the Alamo, and the Brisoe Western Museum (I recommend visiting it). I recommend this location to anyone interested in visiting San Antonio.

Very nice hotel, the staff were very friendly only problem I had was that I booked a riverwalk view room and my view was more of the street, it was noisy due to cars passing by. When I contacted the front and let them know we were light sleepers if we could get moved, they couldn't accommodate us to another room. The room was nice but there were some dirty spots on the wall and in the restroom.

Wonderful Experience
My husband and I had a great time in one of the Premier Balcony River View Ambassador Rooms. The balcony opened out right over the river, it felt very European. The room was both beautiful and comfortable, with plenty of space. The atmosphere on the river is festive and gorgeous with the lights at night. Room service was delicious, and we were just steps away from some amazing restaurants right on the river. The staff is top notch, very helpful, kind, and efficient. The price is great for such a luxurious feeling experience. Next time I’m in San Antonio, I intend to stay here again!

Fantastic Location for Riverwalk
Cool historic property literally steps away from the most happening part of the Riverwalk. Your window will be the set of French doors you enter the room by, some reviews don't like this. Pool is small and shallow but heated. Restaurant was expensive but breakfast was generous. Don't bother to valet and park in garage DIRECTLY across the street for like $10-15 versus 55 for valet but I guess the valet has in and out if you plan on using your car. Strong drinks in the bar and great staff.

Memorable and enjoyable stay!! Highly Reccommend!
Everyone that we encountered was absolutely wonderful! They went above and beyond every step of the way! We were celebrating our 10th anniversary and I assume this was overheard and we were surprised that night with champagne and cupcakes! How incredibly thoughtful! The fire alarm went off around 6am at the start of our second day, however management quickly got it resolved and sent out an apology! I am a travel agent and will 100% be recommending this hotel to my clients!
