The hotel provided an excellent overall experience. The hotel offers an exceptional view of the River Walk. Staff were courteous, professional, and attentive throughout the stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

Holiday getaway!
Had a fantastic stay at Omni La Mansion Del Rio. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Amenities were great. My furbabies had a great time. Staying here is convenient, just near everything. You can take a walk along the river walk, or admire the view from the balcony. I felt safe because only guests staying here have access to enter the hotel. Experience was amazing and relaxing!.

Not what Omin promises - elevated experiences that will leave you with memories that last a lifetime. They did not deliver on that promise at this location. The rooms are bland and unimaginative. The housekeeping was poor with cigar butts on the unswept balcony. The room furniture is dirty with stains and paint. And the bathroom! Pretty disgusting with leaks and mold in the corners. The hallway was dark and felt dingy. Requests for help for cushions for the balcony chairs (which we found uncomfortable) went unanswered. The bright spot in the stay was the prix fixe meal in the hotel restaurant - Four Brothers. Delicious with great service. All in all, I would suggest you pass on the Omni. There are better hotels on the San Antonio River at this price.

Quiet Luxury for Christmas.
Quiet Luxury, clean hotel and excellent service. A beautiful riverview balcony was a perfect way to wake up on Christmas morning. I sat on the balcony and meditated and thanked God.I felt like I was in Paris ,France whrn I stepped inside the room. The staff made our visit extra special as we also celebrated my sister who transitioned on Christmas a few years ago.

Wait times at Four Brothers for the free breakfast were ridiculous especially considering there were no less that 10 empty tables at any time and the quality of food was not good. Over cooked and took 1 hour to get to table after waiting 40 minutes to be seated
