Amazing experience and once again Omni is setting the standard for excellence. Not only was the room and amenities pristine but the food was great, the staff was incredible, and the team went as far as to making sure that my business backpack was kept safe when accidentally left behind. Thank you Omni.

Room needed a new mattress and less carpet in the room. Could use an overhaul of the rooms and bathrooms. Room felt musty. Front desk was very kind when having to interact with them. They had sugar cookies and hot chocolate and candy cane making in the lobby Saturday night which was refreshing.

Hotel is a little worn out.....
I expect a lot of an OMNI, but to be frank I was fairly disappointed with this visit. Our bed had sags and it was horribly uncomfortable, our room had maintenance issues, the key card systems throughout the hotel failed in multiple areas and it just seemed like this hotel needs a remodel sometime soon like things are starting to fail all over. Also the pool keycard didn't provide access and multiple guests with families had to wait 20+ minutes for maintenance to help access and then once there we found a dirty pair of underwear under our chair (from the previous night? Gross). I was also shocked they didn't provide room service between 10:30 and 5pm. My daughter got sick and so I stayed in the room with her and not being able to order room service all day was just silly. I feel like mid-day is when you'd want to order it??? Overall just disappointed. Paid a lot - felt a little bit like we were at a 3-star holiday inn. Too bad.

Amazing places A+ for location, cleanness, friendly staff yummy food. As you know everything is BIG in Texas, this hotel services and customer services is BIG. They really make BIG effort in take care of their guess.
