Cold Showers!
You get what you pay for. Lesson learned. No hot water. When I called front desk, they never sent anyone the first time. The next day I had to call again. The engineer came and told me a “trick” which also didn’t work. I called a 3rd time and that’s when I was given a different room, which in this room, there were toilet issues and we were not offered a different room until our 4th and last night there.

Goof value for money
The hotel and rooms are dated however price and value ratio is great. We had a City view room, which was including a beautiful view to the city and a little kitchenette, which was amazing to a family of 4. I would definitely recommend it to families, staff is really helpful, location is great, close to the beach as well, all is needed is a bit of refurbishment for the rooms, otherwise it was all great!

overall good experience
Great location, fair price compared to this location. Even though it's in the very busy center, it was quiet in my bedroom and had a good night sleep. The staff is nice, kind and helpful. I recommend (had to copy twice because of this stupid minimum 200 words requirement).

Worst Hotel Room EVER
Probably the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We arrived a little early and they gave us the "quiet room", which was outside the actual main part of the hotel on the 9th floor. We appreciated that they let us in early. The best part was that the beds were clean. However, the room itself was disgraceful. First the curtains were filthy and torn all along the bottom with stains up the side. The toilet was leaking and the baseboards in the bathroom were corroded and the floor had pieces of missing linoleum. Also, the lock to the outside did not work. When we talked to the lady working there at noon the next day about the problems, she said that they had shut down this room that morning. When asked why she put us in that room knowing it was so bad, she didn't have an answer. We paid over 200.00 dollars for the one night but it wasn't worth half that. I have no idea what the other rooms in the hotel are like but I can't imagine they could be much better. Never stay at this hotel!

Good location in Waikiki. Next to many restaurants, the beach, Dukes Market , International Market place and walking distance to a Mcdonalds. Their was never any hot water in shower just warm water while i stayed there. Extra $45 parking fee per day and amenities fee per day.
