Horrible! Stay away
Ohia Wakiki is probably one of the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed in. As you enter the lobby, there is an odd smell that either smells like Pine Sol or some other cleaner in the lobby. Check in was smooth but as we were gong towards our room, noticed stains on carpets, the elevator is from the 1950s that have manual buttons that don't light up so you have to hope it's the floor you picked. The rooms have 2 double beds and sofa and the sofa is basically unusable and in poor shape. The rooms haven't been kept updated with stains in bathrooms and the shower in an off corner of the wall. Toilet didn't flush completely unless you held on to the flusher. We asked for extra pillows and they said it wasn't available, the rooms have fridge and stove but stove looked like it was from the 1950s. I have been to many motels in United States but this is probably one of the worst motels in anywhere on earth. What's surprising is that this hotel is packed so either folks have gotten used to this horrible stay because of the location or most of the guests are one time visitors who make the mistake of booking this thinking "how bad can this be". Parking is also $55 per night and that adds to the cost. we had the 1st floor with patio in the back and had people throw their cigarette butts from above all the time. So gross. Please please please do not stay here. Run as far as you can

Terrible facilities, terrible parking, terrible service.
Front desk staff is rude and should not be in the service industry. Parking situation is terrible, and your guest services can't even recommend a suitable offsite parking solution. Valet staff recommended a parking structure 4 blocks away that doesn't even allow overnight parking. Room was musty with multiple broken items such as curtains and cabinet doors. Shower was more like a mop sink with a stick-on vinyl than a shower. Shower cartridge needed to be replaced as the shower valve was providing luke warm water and the front desk staff told me that it is always like that and they'll have someone look at it after we leave.

Not a Great place
If you're looking to stay in a nice area of Waikiki, this hotel is it. Dont expect luxury accommodations or quiet facilities. This place is busy probably because of the price. Nothing is new here, pretty much worn out hotel and rooms. I would pay more next time I go to Honolulu
