    Great for BUDGET travelers

Value and Location is great-right across the International Market Place, short 6-7 minute walk to the beach (Use Dukes Lane straight ahead when you exit the hotel) Rooms are Ok, needs updating but for what you pay here it is fine and it has a stove/oven if you desire to cook-ask for pots and pans/cooking utensils from front desk, Mini Fridge and Coffeemaker KEURIG and pods/cups included, plates and silverware already stocked in cupboards. Get food at TARGET at IMP as it's the cheapest. AC works fine-has a knob for HI-MID-LO and you can't set a Temp. if that's your thing-stay somewhere else haha. Big TV that I never turned on, phone message was blinking but no connection when you try and listen to it-weird disconnect tone when pressing the button. Bathrooms have some mold build up and under the toilet bowl there was water sipping out of the vynil floor when you step on it haha. I had my DND sign for the whole week and it was honored, didn't need service, so stuck the sign the whole time. Don't rent a car unless you plan on going around the island and just do it for that one day at International Marketplace (you can return car after hours in their parking lot and skip the atrocious $$ parking fees by hotels) some parking available on Ala Wai Blvd and also side streets meters are FREE between 10pm and 6am, if you need a quick park 2hrs or less, stroll across the street into the ROSS parking garage and purchase anything from Ross they will validate parking for 2 hrs. Noise level is moderate since it sits on Kuhio (major Bus line and thorough street for Waikiki-so expect that and also locals with loud music blaring and cruising on weekends) also, W-Line Bus stop is right in front of hotel-takes 30-40 minutes to HNL and it's every 30 minutes or so, get a HOLO card and daily use is capped at $7.50, otherwise $3 per ride with 2 hrs of transfers but trust me and get the HOLO CARD it's worth it and can be reloaded online. I've been to Waikiki 35+ times and stayed at Ohia lately, used to go hotels on the water Outrigger (both Outriggers on the beach venues), Hilton H-Village, Twin Fin, Sheraton Princess etc but if you want budget stays-ohio is the ONE. Wherever you stay it is wonderful being in Waikiki and the islands, hence my avid travels there and hapiness that it brings-it's a privilege to stay in Waikiki

    Great location and price

Definitely recommend. Upgrade to suite always. Central location with food options in minimal difference. Hotel guest quiet but street pretty loud. Amazing staff.

    Was good for 1 night.

Love the size of the room for 3 occupancy. Front desk lady needs a costumer service training. She has zero Aloha. By the way, I called on phone hrs before check in, a person who answered was rude. He has No telephone ethics and good costumer service.

An experience to forget!!! Stay away from this property if you can.

I will rate this hotel ONE STAR. everything in this hotel is old looking and worn out. Plasters from the wall are coming off, wall papers in the hallways are peeling off. Furnitures in the guest rooms are old and worn out also, A totally negleted piece of property, and the snacks that we got in the morning have been reduced. They no longer give us the can of juice like in the past.
