We were a group of 8 Adults 5 children ranging from 3-15. Something for everyone to do kids pool with slides - entertainment - music - foam party - pool at room complex with volleyball basketball games - hands down the best resort for a family vacation - the wildlife was such a bonus monkeys swinging from the trees with their babies in tow - coatis - alligator - we even saw a deer - lots of choices for dinners - our favourite restaurant was Sakura with chef Daniel - he was the best!! Always something to do after dinner - shows music on the labby patio - piano bar - karaoke - silent disco night - mechanical bull - pop up markets - Mikes coffee bar - fresh baked goods - you will never go hungry - entertainment staff were top notch at night and at the pools during the day - a big thank you to the workers cleaning up the sargassum from the beach they worked so hard every day to ensure that we could enjoy the turquoise ocean. A big thank you to the front desk crew especially Manuel day staff and Manuel night staff at the customer experience office, they made our vacation a success.

Our stay at the Ocean Riviera Paradise started with an amazing staff welcoming guests to make our stay experience memorable. Our Privilege check in with Jennifer was great and smooth! I highly recommend this resort.

Steak House
Great service at the Steak House by Ermisenda and Carlos!! They were quick, polite and attentive and the food was wonderful!

Fantastic
We absolutely loved this hotel. We had a couple of little hiccups to start our holiday, but they were sorted out. We upgraded to privilege on our arrival as I did a bit of research before we went. It didn't disappoint. Our butlers Adrián and Hersson were brilliant, and anything that you needed wasn't too much trouble. They booked our restaurants, ensured we had sunbeds by the pool. Unfortunately this hotel has the saddos that reserve sunbeds at the crack of dawn then go back to bed until late morning! If you speak to the butlers though they will remove the towels and give you the beds. The wildlife on the complex was great to see. Monkeys in the morning. Raccoons, coatis, we even had a deer outside our room. We will certainly be looking at returning soon.
- AdvisoryThe hotel does not accept Student Groups or Spring Breakers. Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at the Hotel. A student group consists of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room.
