Excellent Hotel to spend an incredible vacation with your partner It is worth mentioning that in the Checking it was the first time they treated me very well since the day I arrived at the Hotel was my birthday and Kevin brought me by surprise just me and my partner He explained everything to me very well in the same way during all my vacations he was solving my doubts and my questions It is also worth mentioning that the restaurants have excellent service and the food is very good The animation guys are very nice and have incredible energy Next year I will return to this wonderful hotel to celebrate my birthday again

Privilege room very spacious , service from all employees excellent, lots to do, every thing clean, Mayan dinner and dancers perfect, this is our 4th time here and have never been disappointed

Noise all day on beach or by pool boom boom cannot read or relax only one bar on an evening choice is poor, if you want a proper mini bar this isn't it 2 beers 4 waters 4 sodas it is set haven't had a wine since being here you can only get chardonnay in the all inclusive and it's terrible actually lost weight good for the diet oh and must mention no go areas for privileged guests only cant wait to get home back to Jamaica next year.

Fabulous resort & amazing entertainment team!!
We stayed at the Ocean Maya Royale for 10 days. What a fantastic resort!! Beachfront property with 5 restaurants (1 buffet and 4 à la carte) plus an onsite coffee shop. You can eat at all restaurants for lunch or dinner as many times as you like which was great. Food in all the restaurants was excellent. 2 pools, the larger was the quieter one and then the smaller one where you can take part in lots of activities as well as having a swim up bar. Cocktails and drinks were so good throughout the resort. Hand tip - take a large insulated cup for your cocktails…the bar staff will fill them up no matter how big there are! Room was spacious and well air conditioned. TV had a good choice of channels. Good size bathroom and their in house toiletries were very good. The highlight for us was the entertainment team…especially Kendall!!!! OMG he is such a vibe! So fun, so kind & gracious and very funny. We absolutely love him and he really made our holiday so memorable.
