The property is beautiful and our suite was gorgeous with an ocean view and a balcony. The staff were friendly and extremely customer focused. Anything we asked for was provided timely and friendly. The spa is to die for and I cannot wait to go again! We will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect. You can walk to absolutely everything.

Million dollar view
The view is amazing. It is a short walk to Duval- super close to the action. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond for their guests.

Excellent choice for sunset viewing
We were surprised at the size of our suite with a full sized kitchen. Very spacious and super clean. The staff is incredible and friendly. We love the location of this resort, so close to the Sunset Pier and the active end of Duval Street. We walked everywhere, no need for other transportation. The food was fantastic. The staff really values your patronage.

When I booked in October, they had a message on their website that they were currently under renovation and that they were looking to be completed by Dec 18th '25. I arrived Dec 17th and they were nowhere near completion. However, the noise was minimal and the staff was great. My only complaint was not enough lighting for the temporary entrance at night. It was very dark and the brick roads leading into the resort was crumbling in spots that you could not see. I almost fell and twisted my ankle. They have very small lights, but it does not help. My room was beautiful. I loved the balcony view. I did get a massage, wasn't the best...just ok. I ordered in breakfast and it was delicious. I waited too long to make reservations at Hot Tin, so I'll definitely try that next time! I will definitely come back. I would recommend, but only after they've completed renovations.

Excellent experience at the Ocean Key Resort and Spa
We had a wonderful time at Ocean Key Resort & Spa. We had reserved a partial ocean view junior suite and were upgraded to a 1 bedroom ocean view suite upon arrival! There was construction noise during the day, but the view and the spacious room made up for it. The staff was friendly and really made us feel welcomed. We ate breakfast every morning at the Hot Tin Roof, which was delicious and had an excellent view. The pool area was larger than I was expecting and very nice, although the music was quite loud. I had a spa appointment and it was very relaxing and refreshing. You cannot beat the location.
