Great Getaway!
We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was really nice. Conveniently located by Mallory Square for sunset. Our room was really nice and big. We had the Junior King Suite with an ocean view. The staff was very friendly and the food at the restaurant was really good also. I highly recommend the breakfast key lime toast.

Could have been a great place but it is not.
This could be a great property. I loved the room deco and the view when we first walked into the room. Alas that impression did not last. 1. NOISY and could not sleep at all. The AC units apparently were directly on top of the bed and bathroom in the roof! You absolutely need better sound proofing for this kind of crazy arrangement. I couldn’t sleep all three nights and was destroyed at the end of our stay. I asked the management to give me a quiet bed to sleep at night —— the hotel is obviously not full, but this request was not accommodated. I don’t understand why this could not be done? I literally only asked to use a quiet bed and possibly a toilet at night which would add at most of 10 min of housekeeping time. The manager wanted to move us, which was a hassle that wouldn’t resolve the noise issue anyway, because another big source of noise was the live music on the pier which was directly below our balcony. This is just bad business decision: yes this is a great location for sunset, but you have to choose how you use the real estate: for the hotel guests, or for diners on the pier, not both! One night the pier was rented out to a birthday party that went on until 10pm. Destroyed 80% of the value of the balcony. 2. Dirty. Towels and bed sheets with stains! Need I elaborate? Absolutely appalling. Management graciously agreed to give us 1.5 hours extra time on the check-out day that was very much appreciated. The front desk staff are very nice every time we stop by and they are an asset to the hotel. The three stars reflect these efforts.

Beautiful Resort
What an amazing experience. The staff at check in and check out were superb. The staff at the pool made sure we’re were taken care of. We had an amazing breakfast at the Tin Roof Restaurant. We were so glad to spend our last night at Ocean Keys- so worth the experience. So close to the beaten path and all amenities. Will certainly be back.
