Great place if you’re on a budget and are used to the “motel” vibe. Pros: Location (short walk to beach). Cons: Long black hairs found all over the room. Everything felt dirty or moldy. Stove barely works. Front left burner does not work at all. Toilet flusher button broken off AC does not turn off, very cold and no way to adjust. No paper towel, or any towels to wipe your hands off in kitchen

This was advertised as a hotel but it was a private apartment! NO housekeeping nor room services! Worst smell of stale weed in this apartment building. The staff was extremely rude and not helpful at all. The halls were filled with dirty dust bunnies and dirt! Every hallway alcove had garbage. We had to get our children out of there quick and book a real hotel same day! Over $1,000 bucks lost but there’s no way we could stay there. It was a scary environment. This was not for me at all.

I Booked via Airbnb. Stayed in a clean and stylish sea view penthouse apartment . Location is amazing right on Miami Beach. Short drive to all the great locations in Miami. Highly recommended for anyone looking to visiting.

PLEASE READ
When we arrived we were checked into a room through the front desk and all seemed fine with complimentary parking (which is next to impossible to find) and 24 hour desk which was needed for our late arrival. It wasn't until the next day that we realized we had booked (unknowingly) through a private booking and that hotel staff were unable to assist us in anyway. We were woken up by the owner of this condo who had no idea that we had checked in and later insisted she changed one of the beds because it was "broken" and the hotel was getting upset with her for storing it downstairs. When booking we were given a list of things that should be in the room and what was included in our resort fee. As we went to go to the beach, the beach towels were not in our room as mentioned so we messaged and she immediately was at our door with them, we were very pleased with how quick she fixed this. As we headed down to the beach we were then told that the beach chairs were not included with our room because we were in a private booking, so we had to sit on the towels on the sand. We then went to message our landlord and let her know that we were turned away from the beach chairs although they were listed in our resort fee and she replied letting us know that we had two "beach chairs" in the closet for our personal use. In the closet we found two camper chairs, not beach chairs, and we then replied to ask her to look into fixing this as a resort fee should include the resort amenities. She did not answer us for the next 3 days until we messaged to let her know we had checked out. The hotel staff seemed great and really nice, but unfortunately couldn't do anything about the fact that it was a private booking and there were very limited number of things that they could assist us with. The room was okay for the price but definitely could use some renovations. There was little bits of mold around the condo and the kitchenette was not clean and looked like it hadn't had anything done to it for atleast 30 years. I had to clean the dishes before I used them as the cups had leftover dried up liquids in the bottoms of them. The beds were so comfortable, and the view was beautiful. This location is absolutely perfect, 30 second walk to the beach and grocery stores within a 10 minute walk. If you are looking for a budget hotel and just wanting to enjoy the outdoor beauty of Miami, this location is amazing, but be sure to book directly through the hotel Casablanca and not through "Casablanca by Suarez Condos".

I have chose this place since I needed a place with swimming pool and near thSe beach. Not really recommended if you have high expectation. The hotel is nice but not clean. Under our bed I found EVERYTHING. Dust everywhere, nobody changed the bin from the previous guest. There were hair on the toilet floor. Worst bed I ever slept on my life. I stayed in the hotel just 3 days. Was enough. Not recommended if you are going to stay longer.
