Dec 24, 2025GREAT RESORT!! 3RD TIME HERE AND WILL ALWAYS COME BACK!!
This is our third time staying at Ocean El Faro and this trip was the best. We came for my birthday and I couldn’t think of a better place to do it. The food was amazing. The staff is so kind and helpful. A very special shout out to Alexander!! we accidentally purchased the privilege room and it came with a butler who was Alexander. He went above and beyond to make sure my trip was fun and running smoothly. He made all the reservations, organized carts for us to go around the resort and did a very special room decor celebration for my birthday as well. He is amazing. You can tell that he truly loves making people’s experience there fun and exciting. Also a great shout out to Carlos and Mario!!! go to Carlos If you need help finding an excursion. he is amazing, caring and very helpful. Mario is a great bartender at the main lobby (makes the best Bailey’s espresso martini!!!!) and just an overall fun person

Overall I had a wonderful time, it was beyond my expectations
The whole trip was amazing from start to finish. The people are very nice especially my Butler David, he went above and beyond to accommodate us. Everything went fine, it was no problem at all. Respectfully, professional specially my Wedding planner she was so caring and helpful. The environment was nice and clean. The place looked very nice. I’m amazed about the oh care I got when my daughter got sick, everyone called to check on her, they sending me soup, my Butler David was off duty he found a way for to get some Gatorade because she was dehydrated. 2022 I went there I had a good experience and when it’s time for to celebrate my 25th anniversary no other place came to my mind then Ocean El Faro and I don’t regret it, everyone had a blast. Amazing, the decoration, the service everything I have no complaint. The bathroom was nice, big enough, I liked the setting. I noticed lots of changes specifically the staffs, they have more supervision than 2022, some of the places menus had changed, things are more organized now.

OCEAN EL FARO PRIVILEGE EXPERIENCE
The trip was absolutely amazing!! I wish I could give ten stars to our amazing butler Deiby! He made our experience at Ocean El Faro the BEST. A huge thank you to the following bartenders- Victor, Cristina, Elena and John, y'all are so fun and made amazing cocktails! Migue, was our waiter for most of our meals, and he always treated us with the best service, friendly, quick, and so helpful in everything we needed. Lissette was super friendly, helpful and took great care of us. We miss you guys and can't wait to see you again!

Spent two week here for my honeymoon and was very impressed from the first impression The man reception lobby is stunning and grand and when you walk outside you are greeted with a hat looks like a strip but it contains all the el a carte restaurants that were very nice especially route 66 and Sakura. Gym is very adequate and not overly busy Was upgraded to El Beso for free and I would highly recommend it if you want to avoid the children and family pool. A lot of fun activities going on everyday with the entertainment team who were very very good at there job Mikes coffee shop is exceptional some of the best coffee I have had and you can drink it inside or take back to your lounger in a takeaway cup The grounds are very very well maintained and very spread out so if you like walking it's definitely the hotel for you Beach is okay nothing special very very strong tides Now to the only downside of the hotel The all inclusive Buffett restaurant is very disorganised countless times I have sat down and had to wait 15/20 minutes to be served some water and then having to wait extra for a drink of your request. Only hotel I've been to where you can't get your own drink. Staff are very unorganised and can't keep up with the demand of how many people are in there. Bring your own condiments as the restaurant doesn't have salt pepper or any sauces for breakfast. But other than this I would recommend fully.
