We are having the best time!! We are enjoying every minute of our trip. Our stay at Ocean Coral and Turquesa has been worthy of 5 stars. The staff is amazing!! A huge thank you goes to Carlos our butler who made sure we were living the dream! Thanks for everything Carlos!!

Where to start.... Check-in was uneventful. We were not privilege or el beso, so cannot comment on those. 3 rooms. 6 adults. We were the only group arriving at the time so it went well. Rooms are large and utilitarian. You can sleep and get cleaned-up all in the same place. Mattress in our room was extremely comfortable. Fridge restocked daily - water, soda, beer. The critters can get a little aggressive when encountered in numbers (raccoons), but, they're not looking to attack, just get some easy food. We're a laid back family of four (plus my parents) so we didn't see any need of trying to get loungers near the party pool. *Note to self, if you want a lounger, get there early - regardless of whether you are looking to sit by the chill pool or the party pool. Just before we arrived, there were stories of staff removing peoples towels, personal effects on unused loungers, but after a week, I have yet to see any of it. Buffet was just ok. A la cartes were frustrating. Trying to book through the app was not easy, especially if you were looking to book more than 4 people. If you're not ready to hit "BOOK" right at 10AM, be prepared for the buffet. This was my biggest peave, by far. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. Beach was terrible, unless you didn't mind not getting close to the water. Sargassum piled up daily. It was removed, but came back almost as fast (stayed last week of March)

Great holiday
Great location , nice atmosphere, room was nice need a little more attention to detail, good value for the cost, cleanliness was good . Luis our butler was very kind and efficient and helped out a lot. Would recommend him to future guests.

Wonderful people..
Sebastian, Claudia, Ricardo, Javier and Fabian were amazing. Since we got there this folks made us feel welcomed and taken care of.

Livin’ the Dream at Ocean Coral and Turquesa
We visited this resort with friends in March 2026. We booked the privilege section and it was an incredible experience. Our butler, Carlos “livin’ the dream”, met with us immediately and explained the services he offered, including room comfort and restaurant reservations. Carlos made a point of checking in with us personally numerous times per day, always with a smile and asking how we were doing and if there was anything he could help us with. We found Carlos to be friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. When we return to this resort we will request Carlos for our butler. We would also like to mention Jose and Javier at the privilege pool, who were so helpful and friendly. Ricardo at the privilege pool bar was quick to bring requested drinks, always with a smile on his face. I would recommend this resort to others who want top notch service in a beautiful setting.
