    Antonio...Carlos.. Mary.. Reynaldo..Jesus..Estrella.. All amazing! We had the best service, always friendly! Highly recommend!! We always had drinks in our hands and friendly conversation with the staff!

    Craziest all inclusive ever!

    Typical large resort hotel, rooms large and comfortable, with a reasonable level of cleanliness. Bars and restaurants looking a bit tired, and christmas decorations still up in the main Italian/Buffet when we checked out 14/01/2023. Beach was nice, but you are not going to get powder white sands and gently lapping waves,, this bit of the coast is ocean facing and is quite breezy. Food offered pretty standard international buffet style, acceptable, but we struggled to find hot food. Ocen Coral have several al a carte dining options, however they insist that you can only book thes on the day that you wish to dine via their in-house app. The app was probably the most clunky one I have ever used, and it was almost impossible to secure a booking. Why they don't relax the rules a bit, is a mystery.

    The best beach concierge

    Jose Luis Cen, the Privilige beach concierge is the hardest working employee. Everyday he has a chaise lounge saved for my husband and I with clean towels. He is constantly running to help other guests or get clean towel from another part of the resort. And he does all this with a smile on his face. Please tip him as he deserves a generous tip for all he does to make your stay even better! But honestly, Jose Luis Cen was the best part of our stay!!

    Amazing service and hotel!

    Excellent service from check in to beach, meals, cleaning services and more! Excellent service from Jose Luis Cen, beach concierge who was always so accommodating and worked so hard to make our stay amazing! Also, Ricardo P, the Beso/ privilege beverage server at the beach and adult pool area was truly amazing also! Wonderful property! Would recommend it highly!

    Relaxing Time at Ocean Coral and Tourquesa

    Service was good. Room renovations were appreciated. Privilege dining was wonderful. Jose Luis Cen was very helpful and hard worker! Food was excellent so was the ice cream, coffee and room service. Weather was windy but manageable.
